hey just wondering, i can do some cool stuff like running on a wall and jumping high distances in the air but i get very tired after wards and before i do it i get a tingly feeling and i get cold. i want to know how i can get better at it and an explaination how its done.

You practice whatelse is to get better at? You need to build up stamina and your endurance.

if you meant that in dreams then: i get the running ones very often, where im running at speed of sound basically trying to escape something. soaring high up in air, or levitating is sign of high self esteem, you're too proud of yourself and think others as inferior. It can also be you feeling a lot of freedom and independence. try to stay happy often, and have a high self esteem. it'll help running really really fast is a sign of you trying to escape.
