Aislinn had finally finished cleaning herself up and felt presentable. She now had on shorts again, and a rather cute, tummy-baring top. She'd been meaning to chat with Liamh about the Game Tournament-- he was the only one to sign up...but, she thought perhaps he might be able to help her with another idea as well.
Besides, she liked the guy-- he was fun to talk with.
She straightened a bit, making sure her rainbow colours and hair were in place as they ought to be (or ought not to be, in the case of her furry legs) and knocked on the door to his Duplex.

Liamh lay on his stomach on the bed, bathed in the glow of his laptop screen as he typed furiously. Tickitytickitytack. He paused long enough to push his glasses back up, and kept going. He might as well get some of these ideas down before he -
He lifted his head at the sound of the knock. "Who iiiiiiiis it?" he called cheerfully.

She shifted from foot to foot-- much easier now than it used to be, though still painful enough she had to rely on her cane to walk..but no longer needed the leg braces, at least.
"It's Aislinn," the woman replied, "Have you got a moment?"

His eyebrows bounced. "Oh, right!" He literally rolled off the bed and onto his feet, making for the doorway. Outside, a grunt and a slight crash could be heard before the door opened and Liamh stuck his hairless head outside, blinking at the light.
"Why hello tharr, Ace," he grinned. "What's up?" His glasses were sliding down again, and he pushed them up, purposefully keeping his eyes on her face. She was cute... all sunshiny and bright today, as usual....

Aislinn grinned. Liamh opened the door looking for all the world as if...well, if he'd had hair, it would've been tousled like he'd just gotten out of bed. Though, she had the feeling she hadn't woken him up. She couldn't remember what a normal sleep schedule was anymore, and she didn't know what Liamh's was like anyhow.
"Well, I had a couple things I wanted to talk with you about. The Game Tournament for one...if you've some free time?"

"Sure, why not!" He left the door open and glanced inside... it was a bit of a mess, with laundry tossed hither and yon. "Err, maybe out here on the balcony... unless you don't mind the mess," he smirked sheepishly. "Tournament's coming up next week, right? Any games planned?"

"Oh, I don't mind," she grinned. She'd seen guys' rooms before. Few of them tended to be particularly tidy. ..and really, she wasn't very organized either.
"But, we can stand out here if you like." though she did prefer to sit, but if he was embarrassed she wasn't about to insist, "Sometime next week or later, if nobody else signs up. You're the only one interested so far," she nodded, "but if nothing else, you and I can duke it out, I guess."

Liamh laughed and waved her inside, propping the door ajar. He gathered up armloads of Caf takeout boxes and laundry and shoveled the junk aside. Who'd have thought you could get a room so full of stuff with just a suitcase and a week's worth of packed stuff?
Getting a couple chairs clear, he offered one to her. "Only one, huh. Well, that could be fun anyway!" he scratched at his head, self conscious for a second when his hand didn't meet hair. He figured he'd have gotten used to it by now... annoying thing was, those veins protruding on his skin had been itching a bit. He sighed and shoved down his self-unease. He didn't have time for that... even with all the time in the world.
He snapped his fingers and ran his hand over his chin. "You know, I think i know some guys who would be interested, I'll have to ask..." he glanced up with a boyish look of mischief. "I'd have to give up being the only guy, but hey." He glanced around, wishing he had something to offer her as a drink besides tap water. "D'you know anyone personally who you could hit up for the party? I know there's gotta be more gamers around..."

She shook her head, "I don't really. I mean, I know a few others, but I'm not sure if they're into that. I'm pretty sure Sayuri wouldn't know a Game Controller from a block of plastic, but maybe some of the others. Some of those guys at the food fight seemed sort of gamer-y."
At least, that one guy with the curls had. Sort of cute guy, but probably jailbait anyhow. At least Liamh didn't seem to be that young. He was probably closer to her age, anyhow.
"I had another thing I wanted to bring up, though..." she ran her hands through her hair, feeling quite vain, but needing this anyhow.

Liamh smirked. "Heh, well, we'll get the word out. I'm sure there's a few we can bully into having a good time.." He started making a list mentally. Maybe he could even dress up as a Jehovah's witness and scare some of his friends...
He glanced up from his absent daydream. "Eh? What's that?" He tilted his head her direction.

"Oh. Well, I got some bleach from Shenzi...but she doesn't have any orange dye, and I didn't bring any 'cause I thought I'd be near civilization..." she was rambling and she knew it, but she couldn't help it, "I wanted to go find some orange Kool-aid in the kitchen or maybe the storage closets or something?"
She tilted her head, playing with her hair thoughtfully, "And I thought you might be willing to help me?"

"Ooooh..." His eyes lit up. "It'll be like... Mad Chemistry Lab 101. But you know, with... hair." He made long flowing motions atop his bare scalp with a devilish grin. "I know they've got several kinds back there, i saw them bring it out once.." He cracked his knuckles. "Yes, the tricky part will be sneaking it out..." he looked lost in thought again for a moment, then spun back to her with his index finger raised. "And no, we can't just ask. This is a matter of utmost secrecy. We shall be like ninja...." He paused for effect.
"Silent, and deadly..."

Aislinn laughed. She had thought Liamh would find this fun-- and really, there was so little to do here, why not make everything you did fun?
"Do we have to dress in all black, too?" she asked. She didn't know if she had enough black in her wardrobe to pull it off, if she had anything at all that was solid black.

He opened his mouth to say something, but then stopped and pondered. "Actually.... no. There isn't much that's all black in the Caf, and it won't be dark... so we'd just stand out more if we were dressed darkly." He scrambled around to find a piece of scratch paper, coming up with a pen and an old unused napkin. Mostly unused. He started boxing out the shapes of the Cafeteria.
"It might be a good idea if you dressed really bright, actually.... we can cause a distraction, and then sneak in while the Caf lady's back is turned..." he was starting to get that devious sparkle in his eye as he scribbled out an incomprehensible game plan on the napkin - either that, or some form of geometric calculus.
"We'll need some things... a backpack or bag of some kind.... and a can of whipped cream. The spray kind." he added with a knowing nod.

Aislinn grinned, "Well, finding bright colours certainly won't be a problem," she motioned briefly to the attire she was already decked in, pretty colourful as it was.
She tilted her head thoughtfully, gray-tipped black falling into her eyes and she pushed it out of the way. She really didn't like the new texture her hair seemed to be getting along with the gray-- it made it difficult to pull back and she found herself leaving it down more often than noth.
"I don't have a backpack, just a suitcase. But whipped cream shouldn't be too hard to get. Though I can't see why you'd need that...unless it's for afterwards," she winked at him.
