Before I start, this thread is in the right place. This is related to the guild, and not the Sniper Game.
We have hundreds of Gaians in this guild, with pent up rage, sadness, excitement, angriness and more.
The game started ten months ago, everybody was happy, we all had something to do besides post in the GCD. Nobody was angry.
And now we move to a guild, and everybody has a soapbox to stand on and express their opinions (much like I am right now)
With opinions comes argument and debate. People would stand up for their opinions, which would lead to drama. Drama = bad.
What I'm proposing is that everybody get their bad feelings out now. Right now. This is your forum to get what's on your mind, out into the open.
Absolutely no drama is going to escalate from this, do I make myself clear?
If I say something, then it is not meant to be taken extremely seriously. We need to get all the bad feelings out NOW before this guild kills someone.
You all saw how close Merupie and Nymphie came to joining the crazies in the White Room.
I hate seeing us deteriorate to this. Petty argument. It sickens me.
I've really tried for the past month to stay out of the drama, since my return. Long ago, I would've thrived in this situation, but now I'm not even going to start. I state my opinions in a thread, and then Dukes decides to be self-righteous and tear down my opinions, and flame me to all hell.
The one thing I ask of you, is to phrase your opinions in white text. That way, anybody who doesn't want to read, doesn't have to.
Dukes, by making this thread, I'm not considering myself self-righteous. I know that we're all in the wrong here. And I'm talking about you, because it's indeed you who starts most of the drama. So I suggest that you give it up now. You're killing the guild. You flamed half a dozen people in a thread, for no reason. These people didn't deserve what you said, especially Lou. She was new and NO OTHER WAY of knowing.
I'll leave it at that, for now.

Oh, and the guild is split in two parts. Those who are "freinds" with meru, and those who are not. The latter being the minority.

Not doing the white text since I have nothing to say to anyone specifically.
Mistakes were made by all sides. Some people took responsibility for their part, some didn't. Some tried to come up with a reasonable solution, some just flamed and insulted.
People need to face their problems, deal with it, and move on while either dealing with it or getting over it depending on the problem.
We need to stop driving old and new people away.

^^ I salute this thread wholeheartedly.
To get on with the point, I agree that Dukes is killing the guild. NOT EVERYOE DESERVED TO GET YELLED AT. I don't care how angry you were, Dukes, but not everyone deserved it. I wasn't here. Lots of peopel weren't here. Yelling at us after Meru and Nymphie are gone DOES NOT HELP.
AND IT'S NOT A CRIME TO WATCH CRIMES HAPPEN AND NOT DO ANYTHING! >.<

There is only one person in this guild who I wholeheartedly dislike, I'm not saying who (not a VC and never was), but she's a total b***h, arrogant and ''I'm so much smarter than everone'' that sometimes I want to strangle her with a piece of piano wire and dissolve the body in acid. I know, it's SG and all with drama, but what this person does/did is just plain stupid and here where I live she'd already be either beaten up or shunned into a small corner like everyone else who angered the ''moral'' crowd.

Thank you Dukes for killing my wanting to help and giving a crap about this guild.
I'm sick of it all and I wish there was someplace I could practice kicks and punches. Think of it as Inso's version of dealing with this stupid ******** guild drama.

Kori... I don't even know where to start... lets just say I disagree with alot, and agree with some, but I'm trying to figure out where the heck you're coming from on some of this stuff.
Rai, nobody said I was killing the guild but you, so you're agreeing with... who? And I think we've established that everyone is at fault, I don't care if you feel there is a legal precedent, there's the moral obligation we all have to do what is right, and lots of people didn't. I personally think it does help, it's generated alot of thought among people, they'll learn from that thought, and hopefully this won't EVER happen again.
Ezra, I agree, this was a bad idea.
Merty, wise of you to conceal their identity, I applaud.
Alain, you're only ignorant when you pretend you know enough to be forming said opinion. And yeah, if you feel that people don't have an obligation to do what is right then you have some strange morals.
Insom, sorry that happened, I was making a point about what Alain was saying and everyone seemed to be agreeing with. If it's any consolation I am also sick of it all, people not caring while s**t goes on, then when it ends telling everyone to forget it so they can have their little perfect happiness back. I wish people would realize that we can LEARN from the mistakes, THEN go back to being happy.
