The Realm of Dreams. It's where you go when you sleep. Anything you want can come true. It's truly a place of wonder, a place where you can escape. But what if your dreams were shattered and your night mares took over? Suddenly you're faced with all your deepest and darkest fears.
Once The Realm of Dreams, The Realm of Nightmares is a place of horror. A nightmare come true. All of your fears, all of the things that send shivers down your spine, they become real.
You're wondering why, how it became like this. No one really knows. But there's something out there, feeding on your fear. Most have lost the will to fight the nightmares, lost all their hope to this evil. But few are still on the quest to defeating the evil and regaining peace and happiness in the Realm of dreams. There's someone, or something behind all this. Are you the one to stop it?

Appearance: Kat has many forms, being able to change in to many different creatures. Though she prefers to stay between her 3 main forms.
-Human: Kat has short dark red hair, falling just below her chin at the front and cutting off above her neck at the back. It varies from blood red to a soft auburn, depending on the light. Her eyes are a soft emerald that seem to see through everything as if in a daze. She's approximently 5'7'' with a slim figure. She looks fragile, but never judge a book by its cover. Kat prefers to wear dark baggy clothing in her human form.
-Demon: In her demon form Kat looks roughly the same. Though her cat fangs are clearly visible, and she has wings. Her wings are black on the frame and a deep blood red on the membrane. She prefers to wear tight black leather in this form. Her hair is also longer here, reaching her lower back.
-Angel: Kat looks exactly the same as her human form. She has all the same features, except she has bright white wings.
Personality: Kat has a quiet and thoughtful personality. Though she is quick to anger and loves to argue and fight. She is not mild mannered and prefers to be left alone most of the time. Kat doesn't like people. She finds it hard to open up and keeps her guards up at all times.

Race: Wolf Demon cross
Appearance: Adrian looks like a normal human. But not in the realm of dreams. It makes people wonder if he's really a native or not. Adrian has deep grey eyes that he tends to hide behind his large sunglasses. He believes rather deeply that your eyes are the windows to your soul, and if he's having trouble hiding his soul from others, he'll hide his eyes. He has messy brown hair that's shortish with longer bangs. These also hide his eyes by shadowing them.
Adrian's wardrobe consists of black and dark blue jeans, batman t-shirts and a bare chest. He carries a black pack around with him as well as a variety of weapons, such as his family twin swords. Though he looks skinny and not as well equipt in the muscle area, he has hiden strength as is a rather attractive young man.
Personality: Adrian is a quiet and deep person. He depends mostly on his intelect than his weapons or stength. Most of the time he seems distracted or lost in thought, but he is fully aware of what goes on around him. He just chooses to ignore people. Mostly, Adrian is calm and all in all a nice guy. It's a hard task making him angry. But when he does get angry, it's best to stay out of the way.
Other: Adrian has no memory of his past and prefers to leave it like that. He's afraid that remembering might be a bad idea and does not look for any clues to who he really is. To keep a bit of gold on hand he works as a part time assasin and or body guard.
By his side at all times is his trusty penguin blue. Blue is no ordinary penguin. He has striking blue hair and wears a baseball cap on his head. arouns his neck is a pendant made of silver.
Adrian and blue also have a musical side. Both of them are able to play almost any instrument picked up. Though Adrian has no knowledge of ever taking lessons.

Race: Half human, Half cat demon.
Appearance: Arashi
Personality: She has a very odd personality. It is always kind, but some days she is quiet and shy while others are very outgoing days.
Other: She has a tail, oh yes, which is a light blue, and she also has small fangs. She has the grace of a cat and can disappear without a trace. She also has a young black cat demon as a friend. He is solid black and speaks in mind speech to anyone within the vicinity except when he talks to her alone.

Appearance: Long curly bright red hair. Alanna has smooth ivory skin, lightly dusted across nose are freckles. Her eyes are a deep sea blue/green. She is tall for an elf, thin, yet muscular and swift. The elf maid prefers to wear blood red tight leather with a whip and daggers. She is also a very good sniper. She wears a diamond dragon pendant at her throat and has a diamond embeded in her forehead. Her right arm had a tattoo of a Black Rose with three dropplets of blood.
Personality: Difficult. Mood swings.
Other: She is a princess in her homeland. Alanna is in exile and known as the Black Rose. Her magic is great and sometimes out of control. But she has some secrets and many want her dead.

Appearance:He wears tight fitting black clothes with his long curved sword that is tied to his wast, resembling a long Pirate cutlass. He has a white skin, and grey-white hair, and red eyes.His left eye has a scar running around it, resembling a half moon, and his right ear is completely gone.
Personality:Cold and calculating, he is smart, but is cold to most people.
Other: He is an excellent warrrior and a great thinker, but doesn't handle pressure well.

Adrian groaned, dragging his sore feet further up the pathway. It was cold; he could see his breath. And it was dark; a little too dark. He sighed, plopping himself down under a tree. His body ached and he felt as if he was merely running on adrenaline. The day had been a long one and all he wanted to do was sleep. Even Blue was worn out.
But he couldn't sleep. No, not yet. He had to reach the next village and stay at an inn. Sleeping out in the woods just wasn't safe anymore.

Kat growled, storming up the inn's stairway into her room. Men. No matter what age they were perverts and she was sick of it. Sick of them. One wanted her dead, the rest wanted her in bed! In her own opinion, they should all be burned after their use was used. Reproduction. Only thing they were good for.
And fighting. Kat had to admit that women were too frail or too busy to fight most of the time. That's where men came in. They went into battle, fought, came back or died. With the nightmares everywhere they needed more recruits than they had. All men, young and old, were out fighting or defending. Kat dicided, as she layed back on the bed, that they would live for now.

Alanna landed on her feet with a thump. She looked around before standing straight. Her long curly hair flowed around her shoulders and framed her pale face. Her bright eyes scanned the landscape around her. Where am I? What is this place? Why am I here? Alanna asked herself. Her glowing jewel embeded in her forehead offered little light. The Elf princess Called the Light to her hand. White flames danced in the palm of her slender hand.

Shivering, Adrian dragged his sorry a** off on the ground and back onto his feet. Blue sneezed, following closely behind Adrian as he began to stagger towards the village. It was in sight now at least.

Renka layed down on a roof top with her hands behind her head, she was never like most females, she wasn't as busy and never got into a relationship and worry if he'ld break her heart, she'ld break his first if she sensed it. Her scarf layed next to her as her bell rung every so often.

Kat sighed, yawning. She was tired but didn't feel like sleeping. Not yet, anyway. Rising from the bed, Kat left the room again, locking the door behind her and heading downstairs as quietly as she could, not wanting to alert the men. Sneaking out of the door, Kat made a few steps to the left and climbed onto the inn's roof, looking out at the horizon with a small frown.

Alanna drew her crystal/steel sword and clutched her black iron staff. The black opal in the staff gave off an eerie purple light. Alanna whistled once...Then paused...She whistled again...Thundering hooves could be heard through out the land. A huge dapple grey stallion stopped in front of Alanna. She smiled and looked around. Lucca, her red and gold dragon, was already upon her shoulder. Then a black shape streaked across the road.
" Ello, Dark Con. Ello StormDancer..." Alanna whispered. She mounted the stallion bare back and rode towards town, hoping to find a blacksmith and a saddlery...

Arashi walked through the streets of the town and jumped up to the roof of a nearby building. She walked gracefully along the roof and jumped up to a higher roof, finding higher roofs until she could look out upon the land. She could see a few roofs away were two people.

Kat glanced down, slightly shocked to see another being on the roof but her face unmoving. How odd.... She thought to herself, waving slightly at the creature called Renka. "Hello....I'm Kat."

Alanna shuddered involentaryly. She had sheathed her sword and kept a firm hand on her staff. She whispered in elvish to her stallion. The horse whinnied loudly and thundered forward. She halted at the outskirts of town.
