I started playing D&D 7 years ago this Christmas. My first character was a wild elf druid and we were playing a home brewed version of 3.0. I've had lots of characters; male, female, gnome, minotaur, you name it. I've even jumped behind the screen on occasion and run a game or two for friends.

Talk about your D&D experiences here!

I have a story that involves my hill giant having his testicles removed from him, by his ally.

We were crowded into a tunnel and forced to fight close quarters, since I normally took the lead, I was blocking the way. So everyone decided to shoot through my legs. An elf Scion had cast a lightning spell at an enemy through my legs, and scored a critical miss. In a blind rage, my giant accidentally caved the tunnel in on us, killing the entire party.

I first played about 7 years ago, and I haven't really played since.
My friends and I have been waiting for our friend Rick (DM) to get the game together.
But it's been about 6 months and he still hasn't finished nor have we played since June!
razz But my character usually is either an orc or gnome. biggrin

I was a halfling rogue named Lindsey Thistlefoot. I just bought my riding dog, named him Wedgie. We encountered a band of orcs, I rolled a one. Criticaly shot shot my dog in the skull as I fell into a ravine.

I still havent forgiven my dm.

Hahaaa... Ive also had several elves, of the neutral and not so neutral persuasion. And an ice mephit. She was fun. Magic missles!!!

I've only been table top roleplaying for a year or so. And, currently I'm in three D&D games. A level one, a level three, and a level thirteen. The level thirteen is my baby. Because I play a 500 year old Elven Ranger with a 29 Dex.

The nice thing about D&D is you only need 3 things to play; a Player's Handbook, a Dungeon Master's Guide and a Monster manual. Oh yah, and dice. Can't forget those! blaugh I haven't played the MMO because it costs money, but I try to get together with my tabletop group once a week. We haven't really gamed since before my son was born. *sigh* I miss it!

It's nice to see so many D&D girls here. smile I have a thread in the tabletop forum for D&D talk too, it's titled "It's D&D!!!". The guys there are really nice, never fear. wink

How many dice/sets of dice do you own? I have my orange set and a set of super mini dice that absolutely LOVE me. They rarely roll less than 14. smile
