I know there's a sticky for this, but I'm a rebel. >_>
I was refreshing myself with the sniper game by reading the front page.
In there, it says there are two separate voting threads. Why two?
Another area, it says that jailbirds can vote, yet later on, it says if you're voted off or killed you CAN'T vote.
It said that you were allowed to PM and such, but later, it says associations must be kept in the guild. Does this mean we can't PM each other? Wtf?
How do you guys work out who is going ot be the GM, when does that all start, how does it work, what exactly does the GM have to do, etc., etc.
Some sort of official rules so, y'know, new people to the guild aren't completely in the dark would be cool.

XD I can understand the confusion. Let's see if I can clear some of it up.
There's two voting threads because a couple of games ago, Zae introduced something called "Jail voting" where people who are jailed still have the ability to vote.
A lot of people, including me, don't really like this jail vote thing. It probably says you can't vote after you're jailed still because no one's gone back to change it.
o__o Not quite sure about the PM thing, but I know I can PM other people in the guild. In fact, Mori perferred me to PM him to ask him questions rather than post a topic here in the guild.
As for GMs: It looks like this next game's GM will be decided with anonymous entries. That means that someone's got to be PMed the different entries and then they have to post them here without the names. Then everyone votes and after the GM is selected, the sign-ups begin.

But are there certain rules/requirements you have to meet to even apply to be a gm?

Uh...well, I think (from what I've heard) Zae wanted jailvoting done, so the GM (Mori) did it for this round...or it might've started last round (I was AWOL last round). Though there are a lot of people who don't like this rule, so hopefully it'll be gone next game.
I don't really have an answer to that. I know just about everyone uses PMs and IMs to contact each other. (I never even noticed that rule before. o.O )
Some time soon, a thread should be made where people will either post their entries, or PM them to a mod who will then post them anonymously. People vote on their favourite after all the entries are submitted. The new GM sets up the game and makes the updates and such.
...yeah...
Edit: Cherry said a couple games ago (jail voting-ness), but it couldn't have been earlier than game 9, because I was here in game 8.

And you can't give away who the sniper is or anything stupid like that...because...that'd be stupid.

Like...an example of...day...whatever. You gotta have a killing, a sniping and a jailing. (And a jail voting, if you want to keep that rule, I guess.) Just one day's worth.

Basically they submit an update for a day in the game. It includes a sniping, a jailing, a crazed killing and inactivities. They can use whatever people they want to in the update. And from there it's just added onto with their own form of creativity.
