OK...
Members of the guild, please look at the member list. On it is the number of posts that members have written in the guild. There are numerous people that are in the guild but have not even posted ONCE. We need to contact them, but there are too many for me to do, and not enough time especially since I'm starting a college class and a job. Please sign up for the following jobs:
EXCEPTION: Amadore- She PMed me telling me about her issues getting online. Please do not PM her.
A. PM the members who have never been active

B. PM the members who have been active, but not recently.

This may seem like a lot, but A and B should be done rather quickly. C and D can be done anytime, anywhere. To make things easier, write up a PM for yourself and save it! If you think that your PM IS REALLY GOOD, post it on here. The sign up sheet is voluntary. If you feel like doing something and don't care about getting credit... go 'head xd But I'd like to know who's doing what.

It might not be much, but I can link the guild to the homepage of mine...I know I haven't been very active...I'm sorry! gonk *slaps self* I get so busy with my guild now that I forget to come on here...my bad.
It's a role playing guild, but we have a little forum dedicated to the arts, and there's a few people I think would be interested. 3nodding

If your inactivity is due to loss of interest in what our guild offers, feel free to quit the guild. If you have questions about things that are inhibiting your ability to participate in our guild, please reply to this PM. If you are inactive for a month after reading this PM and have not replied to it or quit, you will be removed to lower the members shown and encourage active members to join. Thank you. It's up to the Guild Owner if the "you will be removed" part stays. I use the message in my RPG GGN to encourage people to either participate in the RPs or leave so we can attract active people. sweatdrop

Hopefully that will help smile If people have PMs disabled, you should just ban them, they're impossible to contact and tend not to be very active on Gaia at all anyway. sweatdrop And if they're not, then they just happen to be the type of person who doesn't even realize they have PMs off or doesn't like contact. Could try their IMs if they list any on their taskbar though.
