If someone calls you flat chested, you could always say something like, "You must like my breasts if you keep checking them out." xp At any rate, you might grow more, and you might not. Breasts really aren't a big deal. Anyone who comments on them like that is probably mean, shallow, vain, and rude. In the meantime, you can take pride in the fact that you are not as shallow and vain as they are and also that you know that your brain is not in your chest. They seem to be a little confused about that. wink

I agree with the person above me.
But if you're running out of patience, maybe consider buying a padded bra?

I agree as well. Most females breast stop growing at about 18. you still have time! 3nodding

No offence, but your only 13. im 17 and i am STILL growing! In a few years, they will most likely be bigger, and you will be happier. Until then, buy a padded bra, and stock up on the smart come backs. Sadly, that's all you can do.

I didn't start my period until I was 14, and to be honest, I was barely an A cup until I got pregnant when I was 18, and then I went up 2 cup sizes and couldn't stand it.
If it REALLY bothers you, like someone else said, you can get a slightly formed or padded bra. Obviously don't go too big or it will be very obvious. Like the slightly formed "Barely-A" bras might work pretty well. I used to wear only formed bras because my boobs were not only small, but not shaped "perfectly". No harm in it. I even bought the swimsuits that had the formed tops.

It's just something you're going to have to deal with, to be honest.
And trust me when I say I know it sucks. I didn't like to change out in gym and got bad grades because of it. I didn't want to change in a locker room full of curvy developed girls when I was a slightly-chubby, flat-chested girl. It's no fun. Realize though that boobs don't really matter. If anything, just like your period, they can be a big pain in the a**. Anyone who judges you based on the amount of fatty tissue on your chest is shallow and idiotic, and therefore, not worth your time. I know being 13 is hard to deal with things like this, because it's all about social standing at that point, but when you get older, if you haven't filled out a lot, you really, truly won't care, I promise.

If people call you a flat-chested idiot, you can always ignore them (the high-road, but the boring one!) or say something like, "If I'm the flat-chested idiot, then what does that make you for checking me out? The large-breasted pervert/*****, yes, not very mature, but sometimes a good insult goes a long way to make you feel better, LOL.

I personally would rather have a flat chest than a full one, big boobs are a hassle for me. I can never wear a cute babydoll dress because with big boobs those types of clothes make you look really fat. Don't worry. But it's wierd people in my school are accepted eagerly if they have a flat chest. Anyway, trust me your better off.

When I was 13.5 I was flat chested too. I didn't develop full breasts until I was 16 or 17. It was embarassing for me too cause all my friends looked like women and I still felt like a little girl. I only wore a bra cause we had to change in gym class.

But, my best friend developed very early and had the same body she does now at 21 when she was 10 or 11. It was just as embarassing for her to be on the other side of the fence.

But, guess what? Now we both wear the same bra size. It's all very relative. Some women just develop faster than others. Also, some women are just naturally smaller than others.

Have you had your first period? Are the women in your family large or small chested? Are you a petite girl? There's a lot that factors into this kind of thing.

One thing (aside from surgery) that might make your breasts larger is the birth control pill. I don't recommend it for someone so young (unless your doctor is okay with it), but it can make some women's (including myself) breasts larger.

But, in the end, kids can be so cruel! I remember I got made fun of for being tall and skinny! Now most people look at it as a blessing and not a curse. I'd say ignoring them is the best. Some people will look for any excuse to mock others, and they're the real losers, not you.

Water bra, padded, or blow-up. I'm almost 14 and a size 36 B and I still fit in my training bras!!

Hokay, I'm a guy. Let's get that out of the way first. Tall and Skinny = Good. Hold on guys, I'm not stoned or anything, just hear me out. When you're younger and flat chested, it's normally better than being 14 with C cups. Why? Two words. Sag- Gage. Ok, so it's just one word, saggage. Sure, you're flat now. But then you get be perky when all the other women you know will be hanging down to their knees.

Yeah, I know. The traditional ugly duckling story, but it's true. People should like you for your personality, not your bra size. (Which can be deceiving at times. evil ) So yeah, they laugh at you now. But they won't when they're at La Senza buying push-up bras.

And that's the Doc's view.

Curious, I'd love to see your sources that if you're 14 with C cups, your breasts will heavily sag.

Back on the OP, you're not even 14 yet. I know this is probably something you've heard, but it's true. You still have time to grow. I know I didn't even start my period, much less going through ANY type of puberty till I hit 9th grade. However, while you still have time to grow, it's also important that you do not have unrealistic expectations and compare yourself to every other girl.

*Shrugs* It was just an example. Most of my peers who had large breasts when they were younger tend to be a little on the saggy side now. But they were more on the D-cup side. It's more of a matter of skin elasticity than anything else.
