Yeah, my fiance and I just bought a new 32 inch flatscreen TV and when he saw all the news about it he looked at me and said we're not buying a Wii. I can't hardly blame him, I'd be Utterly afraid of using it. Problem is, when you get into a game it's hard to remember to ease off.

That's one thing I haven't thought about, but it's something that could happen to me when using the Wii since I'm so clumsy and let everything drop/fly out of my hands I'll end up destroying stuff >_<' I was thinking of perhaps getting a Wii, but I'm having second thoughts. Sounds fun, but not when destroying your TV.

Yikes! Haven't had those problems yet! They must be very vigorous while playing... but yes, it's hard to hold back when you're having fun.

I love the Wii. Personally, it's the PS3 that doesn't impress me (gasp!). It doesn't really have anything new (as far as I know) besides amazing graphics.

So far so good. I haven't had that problem. I've gotten much better with the controller and don't swing it around as much. Though I will admit at first I was swinging it around like a maniac. But I'm much better now. Really.

LMAO Oh gods! I'm sorry, but those are some funny stories. I feel bad for the people of course, and if I ever get a Wii I'll make sure the strap is ductapped on, but I still laughed.

i think you would have to be really dumb to chuck your remote at your screen. I mean even Wii sports doesnt require that much exurtion. I cant imagine the strap breaking. and my Wii has never spit out my discs.

I love the Wii; Never had any problems with it. You'd seriously have to be swinging it too hard for that to happen. It has sensitive sensors so you don't have to slam the controller around.
