we need a introduction thread, right now, were just posting random rp's and hopeing that people will participate, using a introduction thread or a new members thread, we can help new members and get to know people in our guild.
we should also have a poll to see how many asians there are

For suggestions, I think that unless you declear your on vacation or something, if you are inactive for more then a week, you should be demoted, and if you got a computer virus after you get back or something, then you can talk to one of the vice captains or captain.

i have to agree with shadow but with a couple acceptions
captain shall be never be overthrown until she quits herself (if you dont like it, quit the guild)
Vice presidents can only lose their position with disobeying gaia's rules or not doing anything to help the guild, they can also lose their position by being inactive for a couple weeks
Crew can be demoted with disobeying rules or being inactive for more than... 2 weeks (people get grounded)

i got some thing why dont we have a store i have yet to be in a gild with there own store were the members can sell there stuff for a small fee or somthing like 5 gold for every ideam of no fee and they can sit there and sell there stuff between other members thx

we seriously need more activity, everyone is idle, no one logs on anymore to RP. This is a RP guild right, we should encourage RP more.

monorailneko88 is saying is true very few of the newer members rp why dont we think about makeing a subform just for talking to do what ever u want
like talk about others or what u think about all the new up grades in gaia
mabe that will start a new and the newr members will enter it and even the rp if u want i will help run it or u can buy it and i run it all to gather up to the boss lady

what about a website? my guilds got a website
what about connecting with other rp guilds? my guild is a rp guild
what about somthing like id cards?
or a main plot?
