Its most likely because they translated it into formal English, which no one uses anymore. The art is still the same right? Never seen the jap version....

I like the dvd sets that make it so that you can change from jap with subs to English, for when you are too lazy to read the subtitles.
Oh and the biggest problem is that they translate it into proper English, not spoken English. There are those slight differences between the two that messes it up when you hear it.
Or they do the direct translations, where it is improper English, but proper sentence structure for any other foreign language.
Oh and beware of Demo! My very hungry side!
