We've lost a G-Team member, we've lost the Newsreporter, we've lost the Detective.
We're just going on blank ideas here. I say we take a look at who's still active that fits the description that we've received from the clues, or who hasn't been around to contemplate who may be the sniper (therefore being suspicious by not talking) and start from there. Back to basics people!
Daisuna Ichi hasn't been around, he hasn't posted much, yet he still votes almost every week. He's probably laying low, sniping people.

If Dai is the sniper then he has more RNG luck than he deserves.

If Dai is the sniper then he has more RNG luck than he deserves. Imagine if he was though. That would be really, really weird!

The sniper is very lucky they are not a suspicious person or that they didn't have bad connections and everyone taking up and defending them with false clues. x.o;
I will poke them with a stick once we find them though. >>;

Toastie has a theory about Juria-san. Remember that clue "vivaldi wrote a song about me" ? Vivaldi is a classical composer from 17th century. He wrote over 3000 cello and other string instrument concertos. And a few months/games ago, Juria-san made a thread talking about a cello concert one of her siblings was in. With a video and stuff. Yea. Suspicous much?
