Citrine sat outside the temple. She covered her sides with what little wing-area she had, trying to stay warm from the cold breezes that blew toward the temple. She wasn't sure whether she wanted to wait outside the temple for someone she knew to pass by or to jsut venture out toward the Natur Pack by herself. The sun was still relatively high, and if she departed now and kept a steady pace, she could make it back without much trouble and without being caught in the darkness.
Standing and stretching casually, she looked back up at the temple, many malu were still around, but she wasn't sure if she knew any. She shivered slightly in the wind and turned back toward the direction of the pack.

Tabitha wandered away from the nature pack. She had finally been able to convert someone, which left her in a good mood. However, despite being used to the cold because of her mountain home, she decided she liked the comfortable warmth of the temple better.
As she walked along, she came upon another malu, walking toward the nature pack. Stopping, her hair being blown by the cold wind, she hailed the lonely looking malu, "Hello there! Are you alright?" She looked awfully cold, and not very happy.

Citrine perked up almost immediately at the voice of a femme malu behind her. She turned around, putting on a mask of happiness, she had to try and appear somewhat happy even if she was miserably cold and unhappy with the turn the weather had taken with her.
"Uh, yes, I am fine." She looked at and replied to the brown malu. "I'm just still not use to this weather.." She rolled her eyes at her reply.

Tabitha read the mask, but was polite and decided not to mention anything about it, "Yes, a lot of malu aren't used to it being this cold, from being raised in the desert it's quite unusual actually." She paused and looked at the other female, figuring that she wouldn't mind keeping her company, "Would you like me to walk with you to your destination? I've got nothing to do and you look like you could use some company." She smiled politely.

"Yes, I'd very much enjoy that!" An extra body meant extra warmth, and warmth meant.. well, warmth. "I'm heading home to the Nature Pack." A real smile crept across Citrine's face. "It just feels unusually cold recently. It wasn't like this a week ago." She sighed at the cool air, a small white ball of condensing breath appearing. "May I ask who you are?"

Tabitha smiled then turned to walk next to the other female,"My name is Tabitha, and I do hope this cold doesn't last very long. So many are very melancholy because of it. Personally I don't mind, but when others are affected because of it, it begins to affect me. Ah, sorry, I'm rambling... what's your name?"She blushed when she realized she was babbling.

Citrine smiled at the kind malu. She agreed with her in that the cold made many malu unhappy. "I'm Citrine." She bowed her head slightly as an informal greeting. "And you weren't rambling at all. She started walking toward the nature pack.

"Citrine, that's a pretty name." Tabitha smiled at her companion, "So I'm guessing you're with the nature pack, are you heading out here for a reason? It'll only get colder at night." She sounded concerned to leave this malu out here, even if she was with her pack, it would still be cold. She hoped that this malu had someone to keep her warm.

Citrine gave Tabitha a warm smile, her compliment was much appreciated. "Thank you very much, Tabitha." She paused for a moment to signal the answering of a question. "I've lived with the Nature pack my whole life, it is cold at night, but it is warmer with all the bodies of other malu around. May I ask what god you follow? You seem as though you could be a member of the pack yourself... ?" Her brown coloring told Citrine she most likely could follow a natural god or goddess.

Tabitha listened patiently and waited a moment before answering, "I'm in the nature pack as well, but I am meeting with someone else tonight." She blushed, thinking of the one she would be meeting with, "I worship the god of the mountain... it's difficult being here, but I like the company of so many different malu!" She paused as they neared the pack, some settling down for the night, "I hope you don't mind if I leave you here, I don't want to be late." She said politely.

Citrine had never met someone who worshipped the God of the Mountain. "Yes, I've heard that before. I hear coming down to the temple is quite an enlightening experience for many. She padded away a few steps. "And feel free to go, I understand needing to make a rendez-vous. It was very nice meeting you, Tabitha." Citrine bowed her head, "May the Gods look upon you with smiles." Citrine walked away and into the pack.

Tabitha bowed and smiled at the other malu as she disappeared. Turning, she headed back to the temple, with a steady but very happy gait. heart
