Mythos was enjoying himself, sitting on the familiar rock that he had returned to as a result of meeting with Karma and her fate bringing him back to his place of peace. It was deep in the forest, but this location was satisfying to his calming of emotions. Having relaxed his characteristics, emotions and thoughts, Mythos felt as if he was back to his old, peaceful, wise and happy self and how right he was.
Eyes closed, he held a smile on his face as he took deep breaths, a sort of meditation. He even listened to his god, faintly though, as mostly he was listening to his own thoughts. His eyes opened as his senses felt a presence near by. Perhaps another Malu?

Another Malu was indeed nearby....very nearby. Matter of fact, so close by that there was only silence for another three seconds before a "YIPES" rang out in the once-quiet forest.
Red and golden leaves flew into the air as a pale, and freckled, Malu rolled backwards, paws and hooves curled slightly to her exposed, ivory belly. Pale eyes blinked in confusion, their gaze whirling from the tree canopy above her, to the leaves that lazily drifted back down around her, and then down her stomach and up slightly to the thing she had run into.
"Oops..." she mumbled softly, ears perking. Maybe the other malu hadn't felt or heard her...even though everything else in the woods must have by now.

Mythos saw the young Malu as he raised his eyebrows, looking at her. He was never one to laugh at misfortunes or ridicule for something happening to another that wasn't good. He smiled slightly as he looked at Enoa. "Hey you okay?" He asked, his colorings shining from the sun that had parts of it's rays shining through the leaves of the forest that covered the sky in their green hues.

The younger Malu blinked again before rolling over onto her side and becoming semi-upright. Shaking her head slightly, she cleared the yellow and green tinged hair from her face and looked up at the rather colorful other.
"I am okay. I am sorry that I ran into you," she said in a surprisingly soft tone. Glancing around her tried to spot out every leaf she had dropped... she'd have to get those later.

Mythos smiled, not minding the bump and even helping the Malu up on her feet. She seems to be young, yet older than a child. Perhaps a young teen Malu. "Oh it's quite alright. No harm done." The mallard colored Malu replied, widening his warm smile before looking around the area a bit and then at the youngster. She appeared to be alone, but a Malu at her age? alone? surely she must've been with some pack or something but then again, Mythos was mostly alone himself at her age so he didn't argue about it. "What's a Malu as young as you doing out here alone? are you with a pack or something?" Mythos said, blinking a couple times in curiousity as he looked at the Malu.
He was a Malu that cared for the young at times if they were lost, stranded or in need. He would even help the ones that were even happy yet were just lost. Mythos always cared for every Malu, young or old around these territorial grounds to help them be guided to where ever they wanted to go. His dark past had gotten Mythos lost in the Forbidden Forest. A portion of the forest deep inside where evil entities are to exist. Mythos had gotten lost there and his past, which he likes to forget, is scary when he remembers himself getting lost in those parts.

Shifting her weight slightly, pale yellow eyes blinked up at the other. "I am alone, and I do not have a pack because I have yet to find someone who shares my beliefs..." she stated, before adding,"...and I am not that young, hmph." Her tone for her last words was rather childish, however...
Flicking her tail, eyes began to wander again, but this time they examined the Malu in front of her. She liked the yellow and orange parts, but the green...eeh. He seemed nice enough, however, and thus so far he was deemed okay in her book, for the time being.

Raising an eyebrow at her little outburst about his remarks of her being a child, he smiled nervously as he listened to her response of a non-involving relationship with any pack. She was alone, but why? Mythos began with a response to her age for starters. "Okay, you're not a child. You're a teen?" He said, laughing a bit, he was joking around. She did appear to be in her teens. Shrugging a bit, Mythos stepped off the rock and stood before her, looking her down, yet still smiling, not showing any hostility. "Well... what beliefs are those?" questioning, the mallard Malu asked, tilting his head a bit, blinking a few times.
His beliefs were quite simple and maybe she shared them too. Perhaps he could help her find a pack or a friend like Mythos himself to at least not let her be alone and have someone to talk to with the same beliefs. That was Mythos of course, helping the ones in need.

The femme watched his every move and heard every word that he spoke.
"Tell me your beliefs and I will tell you mine," she said simply, head tilting ever-so-slightly to the side. Stray wisps of hair slid in front of her face, but were ignored as she awaited some sort of answer.

Mythos blinked a bit as she came out, asking the same question to Mythos, in a way, demanding to know his beliefs first. Whoa, she has quite the resilient personality. Mythos thought, secretly laughing to himself. Raising an eyebrow again, he looked at her, his smile on slight as he thought about his beliefs and ambitions of what he has believed in most of his life. "I've believed in peace, harmony and the natural way. Everyone for themselves yet also with others if you know what I mean. Being strong through happiness and not making others suffer and helping the ones that are suffering. Seeing nature, being one with nature and enjoying life to the fullest while keeping true to yourself, to your god and to your own way of life." He said, nodding strongly as he stated out his beliefs. For her, she might have had a little more of the younger side of belief, but Mythos was very curious to find out what it was.
It couldn't be evil beliefs, that's for sure, her looks didn't take the part, but hopefully nothing bad. She seemed sweet, a little tempermental, but nice. Mythos had never heard of the beliefs of a younger Malu other than Elina and this would be much unique to him to hear her beliefs. Hopefully they were somewhat the same as Mythos'. He would hate for a friendship to start without anything in common.

Freckled head nodded after the other had finished. Shifting her weight again, ears flicking forward, she spoke. "I follow the Goddess of Autumn. I believe in the beauty and color of the world, but also the beauty and color inside others..."
Blinking, she added,"...seems I don't believe in as much as you, but it sounds like we're on the same track, no?" The female could very well have gone into what she distastes, but the time hadn't called for it, and she only answered what was asked of her in usually a direct fashion.

"It seems so." Mythos nodded, giving another smile as he continued to eye the Malu and observe her. She seemed nice, a little tough, but nice. "So what about your parents? Where are they?" He questioned, looking around the area for a brief bit and then back at her, tilting his head in curiousity.

(( So sorry about my reply being so late x_____x ))
"My parents?" She asked herself, crania tilting slightly. "I do not know. I do not recall anyone being there when I was little; I took care of myself."

Raising an eyebrow, Mythos remembered the whole ordeal with himself and later on with Elina that he had found, abandoned by her parents and Mythos became the father of Elina in some strange kind way. "So, you took care of yourself eh? I must say, you've done a great job without parents. Some young Malu can't make it and some enter corruption. You've done great." He said, giving a warm smile.
Remembering to his own days of being without parents, of course his died during a fight to protect Mythos, the mallard found comfort in the rivers and Malu of the nature pack that guided him to become strong and took care of him. "I'm almost the same way. My parents died when I was very young and so I had to take care of myself. The rivers have been my home for quite a long time now. Where is your home? just the temple?" He asked, blinking a bit in curiousity.

Tufty tail flicked up behind her and she bowed her head just slightly. "Thank you, but I did have some help from Chael... not a lot though. He is more like a big brother than a father or something... though I have not seen him in quite some time."
Scraping a leaf around under her paw, Enoa contimplated on the other words this malu named Mythos said. Seemed many malu raised themselves around here, or at least somewhat. "I am sorry about your parents, but at least you have memories of them, no? My mind does not contain any of my own family, but that is okay with me. I have my goddess and my beliefes..." she paused a second before continuing.
"Where is my home? Yes, it is mainly the temple. In one of the back corridors there is a crumbling room where a maple tree grows from the stone. That is my shrine, where my goddess resides, and my home....But I do also wander in the woods."

Looking at her, square in the eyes as she spoke about having no memories of her parents, Mythos directly remembered Elina, his daughter, adopted by Mythos after he saw her abandoned by her parents. Even though they're not blood related, they're very close, and their relationship is father and daughter. Giving a small smile, he nodded to her, understanding her. "I know what you mean, my daughter is the same way. She's not my daughter by blood, but by adoption. I found her abandoned and she was alone, almost being eaten by a snake. She's considers me her father because I took care of her for so long. I consider her my daughter because I feel that way about her. Do you know her? Her name's Elina." He said, raising an eyebrow when he heard Chael's name. Of course Mythos knew of Chael and his being known in the rivers up north. He had meant to take a trip to meet Chael and get to know him more, but he had to get more time.
"Interesting. Sounds like a very nice home." He said, widening his smile and nodding at what he said. "My home is here mostly, but sometimes at the temple also. I visit there, but rarely ever take a home there. I'm mostly here and my home is a bit down south from here. It's a nice place." the mallard said, cocking his head a bit. "However, someone as young as you, why aren't with any pack or at least any friends to travel with? Some Jaguars and dangerous animals are here that prey on Malu's easily."
