It came out of the sky, out of nowhere appearing. A monster the size of a castle. The creatures were all in a panic. Was this the end of there lives? They did not know, but they did know this.... They needed there protector.

The animals sounded, and the birds flew in search. For they brought words of this....

L'Ange felt an earthquake, so she decided to go outside and check it out. As she walked outside, she could see all the animals fleeing from the sight. She knew this couldn’t be an earthquake, so she went to check it out. L'Ange ventured into the deep forest quickly, wanting to see what had made that huge noise earlier. She dodged tree branches that were in her way, she skipped over tree roots that stuck up and pushed herself against trees to give her more of a speed advantage, although, she would have to be careful not to bump into a tree...

As she began to see a huge something popping up from the treetops, she began to wonder what it was... She then saw... a claw? She looked to see if it was connected to anywhere, but saw an other claw. She figured it was too big to see just from the position she was at, so she climbed a very tall tree and looked again. Sure, she was up higher, but she still couldn’t see a thing. She decided to get closer to it, not rushing, but still quite speedily. She came to a halt when she actually realized what it was... it was a lobster? Made of stone?
She gave herself a smirk

"Wow... Who could have made this...?"

L'Ange decided to investigate the inside of it. So she decided to climb it. She looked around, but could not seem to find an entrance but saw that there was a hull breach. There were men working on fixing that, so L'Ange decided to go talk to one of them. As she walked towards one of the men, she asked,
"Hello, may I ask what you're doing?"

The man simply answered, "Trying to fix the hull breach."

"How did it get damaged?"

The man was still using hammer and chisel to clean the edges to what would be necessary for the magus to repair the breach. His thoughts were distracted, then when an unknown voice asked the second questoin it snapped him towards the source.

"How did it get...." The man saw the woman standing there. "What the hell? Who are you?"

The crewman was not one of the security, and he clearly saw the womans weapons.

"Uh... Ok... We were attacked by Scro Ships."

L'Ange saw the man looking at her weapons, seeing him a bit frightened because he only had a hammer and a chisel. As the man spoke of the Scro Ships, she started to wonder of what they were. She looked at the man and said,

"Scro Ships, I’ve never heard of those, what are they?"

The man looked at her, as if he were trying to think up of a way to say, "Who the hell are you, and what the hell do you want?"

She then stated her name,

"Sorry for bothering you, but I couldn’t help but notice this... Lobster, from my tower and all the animals fleeing for their lives. My name is L'Ange, Lady of the bow, Ranger Lord. Who might you be?"

"I am Crewman Weatherby, and if I was you I wouldn't call the Entente' a lobster, the Captain is very prideful of his ship.... Your also very fortunate that the protective wards have not been placed back yet on this section otherwise you would not be having this conversation with me."

The man paused and looked at her.

"The Scro? Well, they look similiar to Orcs, but more militant and organized. That is if you can believe that.... Now that I have answered your questions, I have one....."

The man put down the chisel and hammer.

"What are you going to do to me now?"

"Dang, I guess I cant use my butter sauce on you then :l "

At this, Crewman Weatherby looked at her strangely and rolled his eyes. L'Ange replied to Weatherby's comment about her not talking to him

"You're quite right, i wouldn't be here talking to you if the protective wards would have been placed, 'cause you'd already be gone."

As the man put down his chisel and hammer, he had asked L'Ange a question as to which she said

"What will i do with you? Well, it would be ordinary for me to kill you" She said this while placing her hand on her sword at her lower back.

"But, I have no intention on fighting anyone today. As i wish to speak to the leader of this Entente as you call it."

To this, L'Ange put her hand down from her sword, and awaited a response from Weatherby.

Without another word or even warning, Weatherby was encased in a halo of brilliant light, and vanished before L'Ange. Her Ranger training had kicked in and before another second could passs L'Ange could sense that something new had changed, and someone else was there.

"People tend to send messengers to me when they seek an audience with me. Still it is only fair that I let this tresspass slide, considering I apparently have tresspassed upon your forest. Still, I will not brook any provocative actions towards my crew or ship. So tread carefuly madame, for I have already had one bad encounter with another female and my patience is at an end. I am Captain Sherman J. Christophers, commanding officer of the Entente'."

As L'Ange turned and saw the black cladded human, she could not miss the fact his eyes were pupiless, filled with only silver. Yet, the eyes were not the only thing, both his hands glowed with magical power... Intense magical power.

"You have my attention."

"You are right when you say that you also have trespassed. So why have you come to my forest, is there anything you seek?"

She said this while looking around, seeing the forest from a high sight.

"And when you say you've had an other encounter with an other female, I take it she’s from Castle De' Seas also?"

He nodded.

" Well, no worries, I have not come to trouble you, only to come look at what has landed upon my forest, scared away all the creatures around and destroyed the trees and almost crushed the Druidic Circle... Besides that, I like meeting new people, but I do not act as a drama queen like many others I’ve heard from."

While speaking she turned her eyes back towards the Captain.

"I had no intentions of the Entente' landing, but this woman... A demoness she claimed, well she stated that she had this curse, and requested my assistance. Your theory that she is from the Castle is correct. Unfortunately that meeting wtih her well it went badly. As far as my presence, the King summoned me."

The glow about his hands seemed to fade.

"I apologize for the fear I caused in your animals. As far as your trees, I possess a few growth spells that should restore them to what they once were. I will launch my ship, and trouble your forest no longer.
PostPosted: Thu Nov 23, 2006 5:35 pm

"You don’t have to leave, if you will, I would gladly invite you to my tower, then to the Castle, for a feast with the king and his subjects."

For a moment she paused, as she could hear something from the distance. Black crows were flying away and a presence could be felt, a big one at that.

"I wonder who it might be...?"

Christophers listened and was about to answer when L'Ange suddenly became distracted.

"Whats wrong?"
PostPosted: Thu Nov 23, 2006 6:14 pm

Loud thumping sounds were coming from the deeper end of the forest and a big presence could be heard. Then suddenly it stopped and all went silent. L'Ange looked at the Captain and told him

"Something big is coming..."

He looked at her like it was obvious, that presence could be felt miles away. Soon after, a creature appeared in the clearing that the Entente had made a bit earlier. It wasn't all that big, but big enough to crush a mere human. This creature looked ferocious, it was covered in black fur. It looked more like a big bear standing on its two back feet.

"Are you just going to stand there, Captain? Show me what you can do."

Christophers cocked his head to the left, and a grin came to his face.

"As you wish."

Christophers turned and made some gestures in midair, runes began to appear and float and flit about. Without further warning, Christophers body began to glow, and L'Ange felt the lobster begin to move, and rise up.

"Hang on," whispered Christophers.

The Entente' began to rise above the treeline. As it rose, Christophers gestures changed, and windows floating in the air appeared showing different views, and L'Ange realized the views were of the perspective of the Entente' as it would look around.

The Entente' shot forward in the direction of the earth tremors, another window appeared, and Christophers stared at it closely. It was something he had not seen before, but it was not larger than the Entente' and as such the threat was minimal. Christophers turned his head to L'Ange.

"A friend of yours or would you like me to demonstrate the full power of the Entente' and destroy it? Course it will probably cause a forest fire, but.... "
PostPosted: Thu Nov 23, 2006 6:38 pm

"Well, I don’t know about you, but a random bear that pops out of nowhere and is about to bite your head off, I’m not sure you would consider that a friend, would you? Unless you have the same type of friends... Do what you will, just, make sure the forest does not disappear."

To this, Christophers smiled.
