Does anyone in the forum like the show Gensomaden Saiyuki? Or any of its other seasons?
I love the show and the manga. Though the first season was a little confusing as it didn't follow too closely. Though I love it.
When you post, answer these questions.
Why do you like the anime?
How did you get into it?
Who is your favorite character and why?
Why do you like the anime? It's intricate plot and humor. The characters have a real depth that I love. The action isn't intense, but it's just enough to keep me coming back and back.
How did you get into it? I was reading scanlations of the Saiyuki manga when I found out that the manga had become an anime. So I scoured around until I found out ADV had licensed it. Then I had to wait until they released it. *sighs*
Who is your favorite character and why? Nii Jenyi!!! *loves the evil, perverted doctor with a bunny fetish* I like him because he just seems to have more depth than the others. He also seems to be like the puppet master of the series.

I had always heard of saiyuki. . and of ourse yo cant miss the gorgeous pictures there are of them lol. I actually started watching the series thought about 4-5 days ago. Yays boxset. Im on eps 30 and Im enjoying it very much. Now on to watch the rest.. .

Yuck, the story's a littl good but I don't like the art of it especially the manga. Seriouslly no one's a hot bishie there. XD

kinda got a little over exaggerated but the opening and ending songs this anime has is very good.

Dream kokoro AnGeL Yuck, the story's a littl good but I don't like the art of it especially the manga. Seriouslly no one's a hot bishie there. XD Well, Sanzo cool...not a hot bishie, but pretty cool..

For the first time I watched it, I kinda like it...
But for now... (ummm...what can I say?)
I still like it, but not too much though... (>^^<)"
One thing, the manga artist who draw Saiyuki was a woman O.O
(kinda shock for me, cos I think it was men's artwork...)

anyway, I like Sanzo and Cho Hakkai...
(but I think I prefer with Hakkai)

I definitely like Kougaiji, (he's really hot too)..he's not really a bad guy, cause he's just trying to save his mom. I like that... biggrin
