I'm thinking to try to keep you body (or at least your stomach area) as horizontal as possible. And drink lots or water or Gatorade.

it sounds like it might be that acid reflux stuff >.<... but I may be wrong... drink some antacid 3nodding ... I don't think laying down will help if it's acid reflux though... but it sounds like it's acid that's bothering you, andverticalness will help it go down... BUUUUUT if you feel worse while sitting up... you should lie down >.<

I suggest drinking alot of water, don't eat anything. Keep your body temperature up. the warmer you are the more relaxed your muscles are and the less severe the pain will be. The more tense your body is the more the pain will hurt. When it starts hurting find a comfortable position. if its in the stomach area either stretching it out or curling up into the fetal position with your knees (legs) pressing against it can help. If it is your chest take deep slow breaths. if that hurts take shallow breaths but don't hyperventilate yourself.

Back from the doctor. Doctor told me to take lots of Zantek or however you spell it to relieve the acid, and to drink lots of fluid. So far its worked.

Anyways, doctor said it was a serious business virus, and that I'm very contaigious. (sp?)
My heart-pain-thingy is still hurting like hell even with the acid reducer.
And mom's going to go get me some Gatorade now. :3
