The Turks:
Unleashed
Setting
Shinra electric power company.
The most powerful, rich company in the entire world. A company that has grown to out power even the government is seems, it governs it’s self.
It’s employees are often high risk of assassination or other such fates.
security is the price to for the wealth they receive for working and keeping their mouths shut. The battle ground of ruthless killings and mysterious kidnappings is all housed within one happy company. This war torn land, concrete walls and underground structures. To the public, it’s nothing more then a company, one they buy power from, no one knows, dares to think, or what goes on behind those glass walls, under those steel doors.
No one knows...And the people who do know, are either loyal, or dead.
The people
Rufus Shinra, the president of the Shinra formed many groups of people to do many different jobs, these people and groups all have important places.
but the most important group of people are the Turks.
These people do the job that no one else wants, yet they would have no other job.
They are elite agents in powerful possessions in the most powerful force in the world.
to put it straight they are more powerful even then most laws and the government.
The only thing that governs this group of dangerous people is their unquestionable loyalty to Rufus. This is the only thing holding them to the company, they have no loyalty to anyone else but Rufus.
These people are intelligent and constantly in the cross fire of the most powerful people on the earth.
Silent wars waged between the companies high ranked officials call on them to do the dirty deeds.
They are tools of war, A different kind of war...one with more blood and yet less weapons.
A kind of war that has been played for years, yet no one knows about it.
A crossfire that no one hears and yet everyone feels.
The intellect of the scientists and officials at Shinra is unquestionable and their is not law to say who can do what.
Chaos is not an answer, a cold war has been going on, and it’s about to turn hot.

The set up
The Turks are not loyal to anyone but Rufus, yet Mr.Shinra is far to busy to over see every little war between the people in his company.
These body guards are assigned to certain people in the company that are at risk or ask for one. Although to request a Turk would be a favor of a high ranked man or woman within Shinra, AKA not just anyone can ask for a Turk and get one. but they are often granted.
To remain loyal to Rufus the Turks must do whatever they are assigned to do for these people. often murder is the case yet alot of the times they are used to frighten people too.
the Turks are loyal to the Rufus not the company they have no problem eliminating people, whoever it may be.
Tools of discrete war.
Note:
So I would like both Turks and the assigned people within Shinra (important scientist, officials, family of scientist/Important Officials, or anything you think merits a Turk, maybe even an experiment...) To be part of the role Play.
The Turks can be your own Charter or some one from the final Fantasy Games. ((Reno, rude...Ect)) your choice.

Need to knows
The life stream
The life stream is a flow of Mana that courses through the planet and feeds into all life and things in the planet.
Every person and living thing has thier own flow of the life stream flowing through them that is connected to the planets main life stream.
This flow is never ending, or so it seems, thier is a cirlce that flows around the planet, kind of like our blood stream in our bodies.
Shinra Inc.
Shinra has many spys in it's midst, too many of it's roots ly in disputed issues.
It's a power company, but unlike any of it's kind.
Shinra was the first company to sucessfully transform the Mana of the life stream into power.
Power to use powering our every day things, lights, computers, hospitals.
This power was more then ten times more effective then any other power in the world and it's suply was seemingly endless.
Because of it's intensity the power was saught after by many and soon became the only power source in the entire world, Shinra electric power company was the worlds largest and only power suplier.
Yet, as comfortable as the people were living with the power, using it.
Many belived it was wrong to use the planets life to feed our selfish selves.
They thought that if Shinra continued to use the power the life stream would eventually be depleated and everything in the world would die.
Sufocated from life it's self.
Jenova
A metor that fell on the earth and caused chaos, much about it is unknown but the creature is very powerfull.
Deep ground
A top secret part of Shinra HQ dedicated to human expermentation with Jenova cells (because Jenova was not human it caused mutations that normaly lead to nothing physicaly wrong yet increaed power physicaly and sometimes unexplainable powers)
These humans, if acceptable and still decently human, acted at Shinras army.
if they were horrably mutated or uncontrolable they were locked away in deep ground.
Where they remained.
this is also where all human experimentation reasearch was kept, under hefty gaurd.
All workers were kept VERY quiet about thier work. not much is know about Deep Ground, because of this secrecy.

The Story line
Shinra has always had it's conflicting groups of people who have always delt with matters in a rather savage and yet quite way.
There are the heads:
Head of Technology
Head of Experimentation
Head of Exchange
Head of Security
Head of Production
Head of Distribution
Head of Publicity
The heads all get along fairly well under Rufuses stern watch. their job is to make sure everything below them one leave to the Assistance heads (Aces)
The aces often argue alot though, and below the Aces their is much more trouble.
In the higher ranks, if one Ace or Secretary (position below Aces) Starts a fight.
Then the Head master above get's s**t for it.
The big Head often disposes of Aces or Secretaries that can't do their jobs silently.
It's often the job of the Aces to undermine another Heads Ace, but they must do it quietly so their Head doesn't get s**t from Rufus.
And so the wars begin, each Head trying to gain more power by their pawns the Aces.
and each Ace trying to please their Head to get a rais All silently.
Publicity Battles Experimentation, Exchange battles Production.
Production Battles distribution. Wars.
As in every war their are alliances, some made and broken within days.
The power struggle will never end.

Aditude towards his/Her job: Normally he is very strict about his job but there is the occasion when one will catch him goofing off. It is very unbecoming of the head of security being so tempermentaly instable.
Loyalty: Varies most of the time
Quirks: Tempermental Instability. Tends to go on long trips as well.

If you could manage to get on this boy's good side, life would become much easier.

Personality: Shiyaa's happy, and seems rather dimwitted most of the time, but he is really a blood thirsty, intelligent person, although he doesn't like to show it.

Atitude towards his job: He recently escaped the Deep Ground area, and has found a job in the main Shinra building

History: He doesn't remember most of his history, but what he does remember is that he was an experiment who was infused with Jenova cells. He escaped the Deep Ground area, and stole a few materia for himself, allowing him to cast Ice, Fire, Bolt, and Quake spells. He now works in Shinra, as a scientist, and oversees experiments on new monsters that are discovered.

Rufus Shinra had called a meeting, he hoped to have all the Turks assemble but because of the short notice he was doubtfull of how many would come.
Regardless thier would be his own personal Group, they never left his side, and rarely was he seen without the all of them.
All Four of them.
He had sent out a page to the devices that each and every Turk had to have, a cell phone.
This would get at least half of them to the briefing room where Rufus would speak of the current mission needing to be assigned.
Shinra HQ was the size of a small city and had all the goods of Cities like Traveling vendors and even small shops here and there.
But also all the bads, like Drugs, Crime and even prostitution.
Rufus had the streets partolled but it never really helped...He suposed he should just drop the patrol and start searching living quarters of workered randomly.
All the people who operated within the Shinra walls stayed there, like a prision..But it was Rufues Sanctuary.
As for now, He waited, blond hair unmoving in the still air, blue eyes closed.
Reno on one hand, Rude on the other, the other two in the shadows of the background.
Sitting on the rather large throne-like chair in the debriefing room.

Ornikiku Shook his head as he heard the beeping of his cell, Swiftly his body was moving in persuit of well some fun in a manner of speaking.Someone had stolen something of value from him While he was getitng some Ramen.
" Damn you, Get abck here, i don't have time for this" That said , his flowing cloak would flick and stream behind him as he would shoo towards the culperate. Quickly ,He sweeps the males legs from under hima nd would flip forwerd dropping his heel onto the males gut and would take his pack of ciggarettes with his rare zipo hidden with in " now ... to work"
He quickly makes his way to HQ for the breifing.

Shiyaa sighed when he heard his own phone going off. He had been at home, relaxing for once. Picking the phone up between two fingers as though the object greatly offended him, he walked over to his closet, pulling out the traditional outfit of the Turks, although the pants were replaced with a semi-short skirt.
He got dressed quickly, then ran to the Shin-ra building.

Seems to be the first to reach the targeted zone other then the all mightly Rufie. He did not say anything of corse and would make his way to the back of the room.
The usual palce he would be perched, sitting in the one chair there turned facing the back
the chair was rised as a barstool only with a back, elbos fold and hold as he look around the room for a momment before clsoeing his eyes and waiting.
