PLOT
It's cold outside, the snow is falling onto the ground. All of Konoha is snuggled into the warmth of a lover. Sakura and Hinata entered the apartment of the Hyuuga Heiress who had moved from the Hyuuga Manision, she said to learn, but really so she could be left alone with the petal haired girl that had captured her heart.
They're wet from the snow that had hit their thin training outfits, which was partically idiotic of them to have been training in the middle of winter, though they had to get stronger, or at least Hinata did. Her affection was no longer aimed after Naruto, but the girl that was his closest friend during the Genin Days.

Hinata unlocked the door, shivering slightly. It had taken her a great deal of effort to keep her hand steady enough for the key to slip into it's lock. Barging the door open she let out a sigh of relief. "L-looks like I need more training, eh, Sakura-ch-chan?"

"Yeah..." Sakura managed a small smile. "But you're g-getting better." The small smile grew into a large, perky grin even though her teeth were chattering. "We should try and find some-place in s-side the next time you t-train... Wouldnt want you to get sick..." She gave a slight blush even though her cheeks were red from the cold, as she smiled at the other girl.
((Okay, so it wasnt as good as I'd hoped...))

Hinata nodded a soft, shallow nod before closing the door shut before her room temperature dropped. "M-make yourself c-comefotable, I'll g-go find s-some blankets." She walked to the oak door in the corridor that led up to the bathroom and her room, along with the small kitchen. Opening it carefully, a small creak sounded.

Sakura nodded slightly, still smiling a bit as she began looking around the apartment, fiddling around with her hair a bit to get it to dry right. Eventually just giving up, she wrapped her arms around herself as she looked around more. "Hinata-kun... How old is this place?" she called to the other girl, noticing a few old features of the place. The Hyuga Mansion had definately been better kept then this place, but then again, there was more privacy, here...
Sakura paused in front of a window and smiled a bit more as she noticed their tracks in the snow from their trek to the apartment. More snow was drifting down from the skies, as if in an attempt to erase all proof that they'd walked there together. It's going to take more then a few snowflakes... she thought to herself. Almost as if on cue, the snowing began growing harder, and the smile turned into a slight frown. "It's going to be rough getting home..." She murmered.
Maybe she could stay the night with Hinata... A blush crossed Sakura's cheeks, again, at that thought.

Hinata looked up for a moment. "T-the tendant that lived her last said the room was no more than, maybe, thirty years old." She stuttered out in surprise. Bending back down, she picked up a great many blankets and a few comforters as well. "You can stay the night if you need." The Hyuuga whispered quickly as a blush of her own rose to her cheeks.
Relaxing on the couch she sighed. At least there was electricity, now if only she knew how to get it warmer in here other than blankets. Her eyes fell on Sakura's hair, blinking a few times, as if she was drunk.

Sakura gave a smile and turned to look at Hinata. Their eyes met as the pink-haired girl walked towards the couch. Her blush had brightened, but her cheeks were still red from the cold. "I take it there isnt much of a heater, then?" She asked sitting next to the other girl on the couch. Reaching over, she snagged one of the blankets and rested it over her shoulders, before grabbing another one and wrapping Hinata in it, suddenly feeling like it was her job to take care of the other girl.
"Could I really stay?" she asked softly, never taking her eyes off the girl beside her.

Hinata shook her head softly about the heater. Her heart beat grew slightly faster, especially since Sakura had wrapped her up in a blanket. "O-of course! There's plenty of room, believe it or not!" She stated in her regular, demure tone. Though it seemed a bit loud to her. Hugging her blankets closer to her, she smiled a soft smile at Sakura. "Besides, I couldn't let you walk home in the could."

Sakura returned the smile. "Thank you..." She murmered. She rested back on the couch, getting a bit warmer while wrapped up in the blankets as she stared at the floor. "So... what do you want to work on, tomorrow? We could work on your aim with kunai, or some of your jutsu...." The pink-haired girl had never been one for no conversation at almost any given time. She looked back up at Hinata.

Hinata nodded again, "Um...We could work on whatever you think I need to, Sakura-chan." She mutter, poking her fingers nervously under her blanket. Adverting her gaze to the dusted hallway she was just at, she quickly closed her eyes.

"Then, that wouldnt be practical, because I think you're great, already!" Sakura said, smiling. She had gone back to staring at the floor. "I mean... Only you can tell me what you think you need work on the most... Either that, or we can bug Kakashi-sensei to get some pointers, or help on things..." She grinned. She then thought of something that turned her cheeks to a color that almost matched her hair.
"Hey... Hinata...kun?" She asked. "How... er... Who... Do you have someone in your life that you... want to protect more then anything else?" She couldnt stop thinking about the girl beside her... Sure, they had been spending alot more time together, and it was noticeble for both of them that they seemed to like eachother more then anyone else in Konoha, but... But, she had to be sure before she did anything. "Like... someone you love?" She continued to stare at the floor, almost as if in thought.

Hinata opened her eyes. "Hm...I'm not sure, genjutsu maybe then?" She smiled softly for a moment, before looking at Sakura as the girl spoke. "Y-you mean....like a relationship?" Her eyes grew wide for a moment, before she snapped them shut again.

"Yeah." Sakura murmered. She rubbed her hands together a bit and fiddled around with her fingers almost nervously. Inner Sakura was running through practically the same thing... Becauase I like you....
Well I like you too! Lets be girlfriends! as the pair of them skipped off holding hands, and then stop to kiss under a rainbow.

Hinata shook her head. "Well, no...I guess not." She whispered, afraid to say she had feelings for Sakura. She had been reticuled all her life, so if she took this step...what would happen to her? Probably nothing worse than what she already had been through.
Taking in a deep breath, she let it out. "Well...I do like somebody though."
