ummm..... okay... say you tell your parents where your going and when your coming back. but you dont have permission... can they call you in as a runaway and get away with that?

They're your parents, and your guardians. As long as you're a minor and you're their responsibility, I would presume they could call you whatever they liked to the police as long as there's evidence to back it up. So yes, I would guess that they could call you in as a runaway to the police after a certain period of time.
If you don't have permission, then don't go. Be smart and use your common sense.

It all depends on wear you live like i live in nevada and in nevada once your 16 you can go were you want when you want as long as your parents know about it and your not considered a run away. But like Nikolita said if you dont have permission from your rents to do something dont do it because it will just come back to bite you in the a** later.
