-Gaara sat quietly atop his own roof, the large gourd on his back silent. He recalled the days when it quivered and shook, craving blood and destruction. But ever since that day that failure kyuubi...thing, had bested him in battle, he just wasn't the same. He shook his head, removing the thoughts from his head. No matter. It was probably blind luck that Naruto had bested him. He will get that boy again, he assured himself of that. He looked at the moon, his form silhouetted against the pale glow of the moonlight, and spoke quietly, just enough for a passerby below to hear.-
"...Tonight...is a full moon...."

Neji, who sat inbetween Naruto and Gaara, looked at him. "Are you gonna be alright?" He blink thrice, erasing all look of worry from his eyes, but he really did care about the three men, he just...couldn't admit it.

Naruto sat under the roof, waiting for Gaara to come down He had been sent to escort the Kazekage to the village hidden in the leaf for a talk with the Hakage. "Yes, Gaara. We know it is a full moon. Now can we please go?!" Naruto yelled up to the redhead.

Neji turned his gaze to the blonde. "Naruto, relax. Everything will be fine." He stated solmly. Tilting his head to a constilation he sighed, it was a full moon, but it was also the day his father died. He didn't really like talking about that, so of course none of them knew.

Naruto sighed loudly and lay down, putting his feet in the air. He hated being so far away from Kanoha without all of his team. And he didn't bring any ramen! He needed to get some soon....

-Gaara looked below him down at Naruto and spoke coldly, in his usual tone.-
"I'm not above killing you tonight, Naruto...."
-Gaara stood up, walking from Neji's side to the roof's edge. He leaned forward and fell, and then landed down on his feet. He began to walk, right past Naruto.-
"...Let's go."

naruto blinked and scrambled to get to his feet. When he was standing he ran over to Gaara. "Hey! You can't leave without your protection!" He yelled, glaring at Gaara.

Neji sighed, not really wanting to leave, but knowing he had to. "I know a shortcut. Less than likely there will be no attackers on that route." He clasped his hands together before walking along side Naruto. "Leave him be, Naruto. You know all the things he's gone through." He whispered, pocketing his hands now.
