His answers were given, his guidance was sought and Mythos sat by the fountains, still with his eyes closed. He had been here for quite a while, waiting for Karma, but his thoughts of Karma were temporarily left outside and he was only thinking about the voice of his god. He truly was at peace. About Elina, Aion, Sion, and many things. He hadn't been here for a while and now that he was, he felt a load of pressure off form his shoulders.
His conscious was clear now, his thoughts were at ease. Even though the past cannot be changed, the actions he did were mostly gone from his thoughts and didn't think of em much. He was hoping that Karma had not left him just because of what he said.

Karma found answers with her God. Poeple sometimes take leaps of faith. People sometimes just hope things will turn out well when they do that. Other people take leaps of faith when they're lonely, when they're confused. When they need someone to have a place in their heart and have some significance for comfort reasons. Karma understood this well and these thoughts ran through her mind several tiems as she left the north wing and headed toward the fountains. She had taken a non-direct root back toward where Mythos said they should meet, not that she didn't want to see him, just that she needed to contemplate and think some more before returning.
She exitted the wing and stepped out into the fresh air outside and the bright sunlight. She felt purged of uncomfort and awkwardness. She could hear many malu by the fountains, and the fountains themselves. The sounds were strikingly relieving, like a piece of you is being returned after it was stolen. A righteous way to regain your conscious.
Karma headed toward the fountains, not able to see the malu gathered there clearly yet, but hoping the Mythos had not left seeing as she took a long time with her God.

The answer had received were still in head. Mythos was even smiling in his period of meditation, or rather rest. By the fountains, osme Malu's walked around but not too much noise as many were quiet and listening to their own god. His eyes were not open to look for the arrival of Karma, but still hoped she hadn't left without him.
His senses sparked, feeling a familiar vibe close by. Eyes opening, blinking couple times, the mallard malu stood up and looked around the fountains slowly before long spotting Karma. Smiling at her softly, he went over to her, his smile growing wider and warmer. "So, ready to head back to the forest?" He asked, soft and gentle, the vibe of nervousness and shyness was all gone and his confidence was clearly distinguishable in his voice.

She had not yet spotted Mythos until he was 10 or so paces from her. He seemed to have changed, not for the worse, but just, become more relaxed. A less vexing feeling seemed to be in his voice and his body seemed less tense too.
She smiled and nodded at him. Much of what went on earlier was gone from her, and she wasn't uncomfortable. "Yes, it is probably time to head back towards the pack. Have you gone there yet?" She didn't think he had, seeing as she had never seen him. But with the number of malu she didn't know existed growing almost every day, she wouldn't have been surpised if he had been at the pack many times before.

"The pack? No, No I have not. I have been associated with the pack and gone with them one or two times, but never fully with them. I've almost been by myself most of the time. Why? Are you in the pack?" He questioned, slowly walking away from the mountains, taking a shorter root toward the entrance of the temple. His pace was slow, calm and collected. Not too fast and quick and too out going. It seemed that he the voice of his god was all he needed.
"How is that pack by the way?" Mythos asked, curious about the pack and their well being. He did not hate them, not at all and infact had a quite a friendship with them, but decided he was someone that is good by himself. The slow walking continued, but it was not long before they arrived at the entrance of the temple from where they came in from and took their exit from the temple, setting out through the path they had come in from to reach the place.

"Yes I am a part of the Nature pack." She said as they walked at a calming pace. "Almost all the malu I am associated with are part of the Nature Pack. It's quite a cozy home." She thought of the summer nights when the pack would all hold feasts together under the sunsets and the winter nights where they all slept around the firepit. She looked to the sky, thinking about what everyone might be up to in the pack about now.
"The pack is much like a family. Almost everyone knows one another, and new members are welcomed with open arms and warm smiles. When one malu is having a hard time, everyone else helps out. I like to think of the pack as a tree..." She paused, remembering how her friends laughed at her when she said this before. "If one root is damaged, the whole tree will suffer, but the other roots can work hard to get the nutrients and water needed to sustain the tree until that root is fixed." She nodded after her final word, hoping she had not made a fool of herself with her concept.

Mythos listened to her speak of the pack in a very beautiful manor and quite high in her words. It was intriguing for Mythos to hear such about the pack. He knew all about them and how they were a unit, he had been with them couple times, but he may have never known them like she does since she has been with them longer. His smile remained on his face, not just for her, but for his own refound peace within himself. "That's a very unique way of putting it. I'm intrigued by the way you describe them." He started, as they continued their journey back to the forest. Not far now.
"As I said, i've been with them for a bit and know their unity, but probably not as much you. I like how you see them and how you describe them. You're open minded." Responding to her talk about the pack, his smile grww just a tad bit. "I'm really looking forward on meeting some new ones and maybe some old ones that I've known." Mythos said, nodding to the fact that he was quite interested in seeing the pack again. The forest was very close now and within visual distance.

She smiled at the fact that he didn't call her foolish for trying to compare a number of malu living together to a tree. "Thank you. I'm surprised you understood what I was trying to convey by what I said."
Karma had been with the pack a long time and had never heard anyone mention a Mythos or a mallard colored malu. She wondered who he knew, if they were still around. "There are many interesting malu there, and even more interesting personalities. Our pack is very diverse in that nature is the essence of colors, so we have a representation of all colors." The forest was visible, and the sun was fairly high in the sky, shining down and beating on Karma's back, only the whisps of clouds were in the way of the bright sun today.

"So how did you end up joining the pack anyway?" He questioned, curious as he glanced over at her. the slow pace was nice and not too quick as they reached the forest in a good timing frame from the temple. Soon, their path reached the forest as the entered the outer limits of the forest and slowly continuing their walk through the forest and getting deeper into it. From here on, she had to lead the way to the pack.
Mythos himself had only known 3 people from the pack. Not many. He wanted to see if they were still there. He knew that one was not for sure as he went corrupt with from an unusual and unknown reason, disappearing from the pack through anger and hate and eventually not being heard of again. Being interested to see if the other two were there, the mallard Malu doubted they'd still be there as they were like Mythos and not so much into the pack.

Karma stayed about a foot ahead of Mythos, making her way through the forest as if the path were right in front of her. She had made the journey many times and it was not hard for her to know where to go. Even when she did get lost, she though to herself that Fate must have brought her to this area for soem reason and she'd sniff around and then finally find her way home one way or another.
"Before, my parents and I all lived somewhere else. I don't remember exactly. But I remember I was a child and I told my mother and father that I wanted to fo exploring. So one day I did, and ended up coming to the temple, and then joining the Nature Pack when I was an adolescent. I had never really known what a pack was and when I joined it was quite a nice experience to have a second family. I joined becuase it was hard to get on alone around here. Yes, there are many fruit bushes and such, but there are agressive malu from other packs and loners that don't like when you venture onto and area they call theirs. When i joined the Nature pack they showed me all the safe areas, trails, and where the best sources of food were." She looked up, trying to see through the branches of the canopy, mapping where they were in her mind. She then turned slightly so they were going in the right direction.

Karma continued to lead the way, looking from direction to direction, trying to retrace her many steps that she had taken in her travels to the pack. At some points, Mythos even thought they were lost, but Karma's perception and knowledge allowed her to know where she was going and find a way there. Mythos had all the confidence in her and was not doubting her knowing this place at all.
As she explained her knowledge of the pack and her history with the, Mythos listened with intrigue and interest as she spoke about how the pack was like a second family to her. Mythos understood fully about what she meant deep down. He had always wanted a second family when his parents were killed and even though the nature pack did provide that when Mythos was a teen and younger, he still didn't blend in much with them and went off alone. Of course, his parents died of hostile and aggressive Malu's, or rather one Malu that attacked them both and beat them easily. Those memories still haunt Mythos but he chooses not to take them deep in.
"So how much further?" He questioned, cruiously raising an eyebrowas he continued to follow Karma, close behind, moving from one location to another, attempting to retrace the steps of the pack.

Karma felt she was taking control of the conversation as she continued to speak of the pack and her past. She felt somewhat overbearing in this way. But when Mythos spoke again, she felt that maybe she was just doing what anyone would do and brushed it off. It's all just fate, anyways. In the end it'll mean something.
Then, returning her thoughts to Mythos' question, she looked around, and then toward the sky. The sky told her they should be about two-thirds to three-quarters of the way there. In her scan of the area, she noticed the large rock that she often would walk out to in the mornings before the trek to the temple. Then, one last check to be sure she knew where she way, she stopped and listened intently. She could hear the river that lays just on the edge of the forest. Then, as surely as ever, she knew where she was.
"It's not much farther. Listen..." She held her head up slightly. "Do you hear the water flowing? That is just by the pack. We aren't far. Also -- that large rock is a spot I often visit." She paused trying to calculate how far they were. "We will be there before the rain clouds in the east roll over our heads." She motioned to some dark clouds ominoulsy moving towards them.

Their search for the pack continued as Mythos followed close behind Karma, weaving through the forest and going from one direction to the other. This was familiar territory of course to Mythos, near the river of course, but not the path to the pack. No, that wasn't familiar to him at all. Stopping to listen to the flow of the water, he smiled, hearing his sacred sound that so soothed him everytime.
The large rock. No way, Mythos used to go there as a child. "Hey! I know that rock! I was very young when I used to go there all the time!" He said, laughing as he followed behind Karma, sensing other Malu close by as he gazed into the sky to look at the incoming rain clouds that looked mean in nature. Storm no doubt.

Karma looked at Mythos quickly. "REALLY? That's such a strange coincidnece." She continued making her way expertly throught the forest, the rain cloud quickly approaching.
"That rock is so calming to me. I don't quite know why." She added quietly. She looked ahead as carefully as possible, trying to see if she could see through the trees to the pack yet. No, still too much dense forest. But they were close, she could smell the sizzling of food on the air. "We're so close! Smell the air!"

Mythos smiled wide, at her quick happiness of the strange coincidence between their shared feelings that were held toward the rock. Remembering to those days, Mythos couldn'thelp but smile even more as he gazed into the past, visions of his boyish days, relaxing alongside the rock, appreciating the peace given to him. Ah, those good ol' days. Sometimes he wondered why he stopped coming to the rock. Maybe after his busy days started and roaming the forest and rivers... perhaps those were contributing to his lack of moments to visit his sacred spot. No doubt, he enjoyed hearing that another Malu that saviours this location as a means of peace. "Haha! Yeah, a big cioncidence. This place was so peaceful to me in my younger days." At the moment, the lone unpeaceful concern was the powerful storm clouds that were drawing closer with a much quicker pace.
As soon as she smelt the food, Mythos came to a halt for a moment before sniffing for the scent of food that she smelt through the air. Yes, Mythos smelt the aroma as well and smiled, seeing themselves close. Suddenly, a Malu walked why, going somewhere. Not taking the time to observe the colorings and markings on the Malu, Mythos looked at Karma curiosly, raising an eyebrow. "You don't suppose he was part of the pack, do you?" Questioning, the mallard Malu looked at the location and path the Malu disappeared off to in the woods and then glanced back at Karma.
