so i recently found out that the only thing we can do with the guild funds that this point is to create our own subforums within the guild. they cost 2500 gold and we have enough gold in our account to do so.
so the question is, should we purchase a subforum and if so what should it be for? also, in the faq about guilds it says something about the gold in the guild accounts to be used for something else. should we just keep the gold piling up?
i'd love to hear ideas and stuff from you guys!

I don't know what we would do with a subforum we really aren't that big as to need one. we can always hold onto it and hope some new feature comes out that is super sexy that we can use it for

dunno you could make one for the mods to talk in like i did if ya want but your not that big and mine just sits there...
unless you want themed ones like an anime one or a chat one etc that would organize stuff but meh

i dont want anything that seperates the people in the guild. i think that everyone should be able to talk and if you have a seperate thingy for the crew people its not fair. and it seems like i dunno weird to me to have that. kinda like 'haha we're better than you' or something.

ah ok well the reason i got it is because of a particular person that joined my guild he tends to cause problems a lot and i wanted it just in case we needed to discuss that because i have 4 mods however we never used it because he isnt posting so now it kind of sits there i may use it to think of contests and stuff or special prizes for non mods just for coming in. but mostly because i wanted to hide from that person oh hey did i ask you to be a mod yet?

I can see getting a sub forum just so you can dedicate it to something. Like an anime sub forum!! I think it would be a good idea so we can at least have the general threads seperate from the anime stuff that's so popular here. But I'm just a vice-captain/mod and I do what I'm told. biggrin So do what you will and fill me in.
