Works really simple folks. I'm gonna provide a clue as to our mystery dude. Every one get's one guess per week. Get it right and you win!
The prizes: Black Goth Boots, Dark Halo, G Buckle, and 800 in gold..
With every clue I give, I'm taking items out of the prize pot, so make sure you guess every week. A new clue will appear every Monday. ((Edited))

Well, since I'm the first person posting I'm going to get it wrong but I thought I'd give it a try anyway. The only problem is that they're are a lot of Titans who aren't really Titans but reserve Titans and I'm sure they'd fit into that Category, but anyway could it possible be... Terra? ((EDIT: People, when he says dude, he means guys...*starts mubling curses*))

Is the competition based on the series Teen Titans or Comics Teen Titans?
I was wondering because is it was the series then wouldn't it be one of the reserve titans? But if it wasn't then I'd have no clue since we don't get the comics in Australia! AY!! (NOT!)

Since you never said it had to be a Titans I'm going to try villans and apparently in 1991 he was given his own comic series, and he's not a member of the Titans.
Could it be Deathstroke The Terminator? I tried google, I'm probably wrong but, I'll give it a go.
