Syam trained against another warrior, using basic forms and take downs. Each one taking turns at each role. As they were training, someone called out for his partner, leaving the dark skinned male alone. Watching the other warrior retreat, he blinked his yellow eyes, then wandered over, pulling his red training shirt over his muscled torso. Strong arms reached up to re-tie his black hair into a ponytail at the nape of his neck.
Circe watched her partner through orange orbs. Clicking her beak boredly, she stood then walked toward him, expecting her turn next. Her claws sifted through the sand of the training area, then paused and looked up at the sun. It was much too hot, he'd never let her train in this heat. Looking at him again she sighed. He turned to her and shook his head so she fluffed in annoyance, trotting the rest of the way over to him and growling with a bothered tone, nudging at him as her tail flicked in protest.

Starry casually walked into the villages Training Area. She usaully did training at home, but she thought it might do some good to do that here.
Besides, subconsiously, Starry wanted to show off Nanaki and cute lil' Zefirino. Zefirino trotted in step with his Master. Zef was content with her, and chirped to show it too. Every now and again, he'd rub his head against Starry's head. Starry was dressed, because of the warm weather, lightly.
She wore her leather shorts, which to her disdain; showed off her long muscular legs. She was wearing her lightest shirt, and had braided her ankle length silver hair. Her glasses rested comfortably on her nose; her crystal blue eyes scanned around.
Nanaki walked by his Master. He was used to walking in this warm weather,
thus why he wasn't really effective in slowing him down. He was always on
the look out. His red eye giving a piercing glare. He was grateful to the Human to save him, but kinda wished she'd done it sooner. The new surroundings made him alittle uneasy.

Patting Circe distractedly, Syam watched the silver haired female and the other Gryphon entering... but mostly the woman. Even if she didn't appreciate the shorts, he enjoyed the view. Holding the orange beak of his enormous Gryphon he chuckled as she fluffed, "That red male is almost as big as you Circe, you might actually stand a chance.
Chirping in annoyance she pushed him with a front claw. He fell over and they began wrestling together, she was careful not to hurt her human partner, having already made that mistake once. The male laughed raucously and Circe forgot her peeved mood, screeching and clacking her orange beak in Gryphon laughter.

Starry continued walking util she noticed she'd gotten the attention on a...rather muscular brunette. She rolled her eyes, though she hid the motion
quite well though. Her gaze soon turned to the mans' large black Gryffin.
What immediatly drew her attention, was that the Gryffin she was looking at, was quite LARGE. Starry glanced between Nanaki and the other Gryffin.
She Estmated that Nanaki was slightly smaller. Though, the second thing that caught her attention, was that the large but beautiful Gryffin had a small pair of horns. Now THAT'S interesting... Zefirino squawked when
he saw the older femal Gryffin. He knew not to go without Starry's permission. He had ALOT of willpower, but he wanted a treat more. His tail wagged furiously. He'd never seen a adult FEMALE before~! Starry started giggling alittle when she saw that the young man and his Gryffin started wrestling.
Nanaki followed Starry, every now and then peering around. His eye fell upon the Man and the female gryffin. They were strangers, and therefore felt alittle threatened. Slowly, his large pierced ears swiveled back. However, when he saw the man and the female play, he cocked his head and nudged Starry.

Syam laughed as Circe rolled on her back, spreading her wings so they wouldn't get hurt. He went up and straddled her chest, scratching it in a rough playful way as she purred below him, tail flipping around crazily as she enjoyed the massage, forgetting all about being mad at him for not training with her. Pausing with a huge boyish grin on his face he wiped the sweat from his brow and looked around, seeing the woman again. He winked, noticing her watching.
Circe clacked her beak with chirping chick-like gryphon giggles as she stopped, then seeing her partner get distracted again, she looked up to see the woman. She clacked her beak only this time she was annoyed. Seeing the other Gryphon she ruffled, making herself bigger, but she was more curious than anything, he looked different than any other Gryph she had encountered. Seeing the baby she cheered up immensely. Circe LOVED little Gryphs.

Starry made a bit of a face when the man had finished playing with his Gryffin and flashed her a boyish smile. She looked away momentarily, but returned her gaze to the two before her. Starry noticed that her little spotted griff as staying fiercly by her side, albeit very fidgetly. She chuckled to herself.
Nanaki eyed the female gryffin curiously. This was the first adult female he'd ever been exposed to. He ruffled his neck feathers. Nanaki could tell the female was looking at him. Until he noticed the large female glanced at the small spotted one.

"Whup!" Syam grunted as Circe pushed him off then rolled up, shaking to get the sand and dust off her what used to be shiny black feathers. She fluffed slightly then headed slowly over to the trio, keeping a wary eye on the nervous looking red male.
Syam stood up and trotted after his large partner, "Whoa girl, what did I tell you about being too friendly?" He joked, catching up and patting her on the side. He smiled at Starry, "Sorry about that. Not many people like a strange enormous creature heading straight for them."

Starry rested her weight on one leg, and noticed the large black gryffin headed torward herself and her two gryffins. She glanced over at Nanaki to make sure he wasn't going to do anything bad. Starry sighed alittle bit to find Nanaki was looking abit nervous. She started petting Nanaki between his large shoulders. Starry looked at the man when he spoke to her. " No harm done. " Starry made a motion with her head torwards the mans' companion. " She's beautiful..and rather interesting..."
Nanaki relaxed alittle when Starry started to pet him in one of his favourite spots. He exhaled.

The dark skinned male noted her annoyed posture, but smiled anyway, rather pleased with her figure, "Her name's Circe, she a Gryps Bicornus. Not a very common breed." He patted the black and orange Gryph next to him affectionately, "Fantastic at what she does. Had her since she was a chick. I'm lucky she got to be so big. The one you got there is pretty unusual, must have cost you a bundle."
Circe eyed Nanaki's defensive posture, prepared to fight if the time called for it, but relaxed as he did. Tournaments were a job, she didn't like to start fights unless she had to... or if she was protecting her partner. She leaned her head down to see the little spotted Gryph, chirping affectionately. She loved little gryphons, it was the mother in her coming out, since she hadn't found a suitable mate yet due to her large size. Most adult males were intimidated by her and couldn't get past the courtship ritual.

Starry sighed, and smiled slightly. " He is exotic looking yes, but I didn't really pay that much...I kinda...saved him. If you catch my drift. " Starry patted Nanaki affectionately. Zef slitghtly bounced around and chirped excitedly.
Nanaki swayed his tail slightly at his Masters' loving petting. He made a slight purring type noise that eminated from deep within his throat.

Syam frowned at what seemed to be a confession. It wasn't something to brag about, stealing a gryphon, "Is that so." he studied the big male, wondering if he should bother reporting or if he should just hope no one came to question him. He wasn't one for lying, but he didn't want this female to get in trouble. As long as she didn't do anything to him, he wasn't really that concerned.
Circe ruffled a bit, then held out a claw, putting it on the dancing youngling, clacking her beak with gryphon laughter at the babies antics. She took a step forward them pulled him close, grooming his mussed feathers with her beak, like a mother would do with a youngling.

Starry took noticed of the young mans' frown. " What? Would YOU have left a Gryffin to an abusive owner...?" Starry said and made a motion to
Nanaki's scar. She looked away for a moment, " His previous owner was crazy anyway. Experimenting creatures...on..." Starry stopped her sentence. She closed her eyes and sighed. She absentlymindedly rubbed her bandaged left fore-arm. Zef sqeaked as the older female groomed him.
Nanaki looked curiously at the man and then at the Female whom was grooming the spotted youngling. The clacked his beak.

"ah." He said at the new bit of information, "No, I would have reported him." He looked at the large red Gryphon, "I'd be careful though, abused animals very often have scars that are more than skin deep." He had fought against a few scarred gryphons, they were usually more violent and uncontrollable once they were in the ring, feeling like they had to fight for their life. It wasn't a pretty sight and something he usually took care of off the battlefield.
Circe glanced up at the bigger Gryphon as he clacked hi beak, ignoring the squeaks of the young one since she knew she wasn't being rough, just matronly. She clacked her beak as though asking, "Got a problem?"

Starry stared right into Syams eyes, " It's hard to report such things when no one believes you..." She looked to Nanaki for a moment. " I know
abused animals have scars that run deeper than one can see. I've attained many a scar from such creatures, because I try to reahabilitate them. " Zef sqeaked again.
Nanaki cocked his head back at the attitude of the female gryffin. He ruffled slightly. Nanaki simply huffed back.

Syam didn't seem the least bit intimidated by this other female, keeping the perfect poker face. He had to be strong mentally and physically to be the best, which is what many considered him, "The proper authorities are required to investigate any claim, would you like me to get you some contacts so you may do so in the future?" He asked coolly, but still smiling in a friendly way. Her methods didn't bother him, but he didn't like people putting themselves in unnecessary danger, it was why he was without a family at the current time, even if their parting had allowed him to acquire his current partner.
Circe fluffed, "I thought so." then went back to grooming the youngling. One she was finished she released him then straightened up, swishing her tail at him playfully.
