Valin continued to carry his mate as best as he could in the direction of his home, not having the courage to try flying with him again. If they ended up crashing again, Sparkey could get even more injured, which was something Valin didn't want. So, he walked on, swearing at every branch and leaf that got in his way as he trudged on with his unconscious mate.

Sparkey groaned softly, slowly comming around again as the air around them grew cooler from the evening. He opened his eyes slowly, looking around, then up at Valin. "Val...? What're you doing..?" He asked weakly. T'was a good sign.. he remembered Valin still.

Valin looks down at Sparkey and blinks, carefully crouching and setting him down on the ground. "I was heading home... What else could I do? I was told to make sure you didn't go back to the Asylum, so that nobody there would try to hurt you..."

Sparkey shook his head, wincing, deciding not to do that anymore. He turned and latched onto Valin. "They're not worried about me getting hurt.. I heal real quick.. It's your they were worried about..." He looked up at the other's face.

Valin tilts his head slightly. "Why me? I can do the electricity thing too, ya know, just not to the extreme you can."

"They dun know that though, do they?" He explained, rhetorically. He snuggled Valin gently, however, he was acting strangely, though generally just wanted to stay as close to Val as possible.

Valin hugged Sparkey back, a worried expression crossing his face. "You going to be okay, Sparkey?" He asks, checking over his mate's body again to see if he could find any wounds.

Sparkey shook his head lightly, curling up against Valin now. "Things feel weird... like.. people watching.. things not all there... things getting colourfull... I don't want to shut my eyes... or when i open them.. gone again. Everything... all gone.." He started to mumble incoherantly again, though staring into his mate's lap, trying to keep something in sharp focus to concentrate on.

Valin blinks, carefully, placing a hand under Sparkey's chin and forcing him to look him in the face instead of in his lap. "Sparkey...? You're not alright... You need a doctor now, don't you...?" He said softly, using his free hand to brush Sparkey's bangs out of his face.

He seemed to pale at the word. "Doctor...? Nngg.." He suddenly shook, wincing. "Ahh my head..." He tried to hold it with his hands, but he couldn't co-ordernate his hands to his head.

Valin carefully rubs Sparkey's temples after pushing the others hands down from where they were trying to grab his head. "I think you may have seriously injured yourself, Sparkey... I promise, I won't let the doctor do anything to you if you just agree to let me take you to one..." he said, obviously very much worried about his mate's condition now.

Sparkey whimpered softly, giving in and simply nodding. He really only trusted Alice, but as long as his mate would stay with him, he'd go quietly. "Kay..." He replied, dropping his hands to his lap as he shut his eyes, letting the other massage his head. It felt rather soothing.

Valin snuggles Sparkey's cheek with his face for a moment, then stands up and looks around. "Should we go back to the Asylum then? That doctor lady that told me to do something electrical near a socket might be able to help." He said, turning and looking back in that direction.

Sparkey murred softly. "You mean my brother.. Alice..? Yea maybe.." He said weakly, more happy about that idea. "Sorry..."

Valin nods, kissing the top of Sparkey's head. "You have nothing to apologize for. I'm the one that should be apologising to you for acting the way I have. That other guy just made me extremely jealous... And I apologise."
