E N D L O S So, long story short: I went through brotherhood week. I only had a few breaks. Sleep is was allowed, unless you were given permission from an active brother. I've got about an hour.
Downtime consisted of me lying in a stuper while listening to Death Cab for Cutie
But now for the topic: what do you do to relax? What is it that helps calm you down, or to rest up after being stressed?

I haven't played video games in a long time. Not since before I left for college. I think the last one I was willing to sit through to beat the entire game was Metroid Prime.

I'm at college too so I just play things that can be taken in short bits. i.e., not FF12.
