Okay, I've seen almost every type of yaoi in this forum, but not any yaoi webcomics! What's wrong with you people?
Okay, some of my favourites have to be:
- All Roses Have Thorns
- Avalon
- Boy Meets Boy (Now finished, but two characters got their own comic called Friendly Hostility)
- Carrots and Cheese (Most probably discontinued, but it's hawt 3nodding )
- Friendly Hostility
- Sublunary (One of the best yaoi webcomics you will ever read. It's also been discontinued, but it's amazing, and so graphic whee )
Anyone else got some good ones?

Oh! Try Arcana. That one's been discontinued, but it's well worth the look, anyway. Also, you should look at Vampirates. It has a little bit of yaoi here and there, but there are a few other shounen-ai moments. There's canon het, too, but it isn't really described in detail. Or as much detail as the yaoi. Plus, the creator pops in the forums every now and then to get some feedback, so if you have any ideas on what you'd like to see, you could suggest it to Jones. All around, it's awesome.
