So, the topic is gone totally because it annoyed some people? It is like burning books because you do not agree with the book. I could understand a lockage of the topic, but deleting? Erasing history is a dangerous thing you know.
I did not mean to come out as a flamer in the topic. I did not think I came out as a flamer at the topic. I did not mean to start flames.
I honestly have no problems with each of the mods as people. I just don't think that Modship is a status. It is a duty and a promise to the guild that you are a Mod at.
As for getting words from Boss A, I for one would like to be able to see. It shouldn't take too much effort from him to log in and type a few words. If he finds it too hard, then maybe he doesn't love us any more. ;-; <~ Emo tears of abandonment.
I don't want to start fights, but if a fight is going to boil up so quickly over a topic like that, then there are underlying problems that need to be taken care of. Like a blister, yanno? All that icky clear liquid stuff is there, under the skin, waiting... and once you pop it, it is in the light for all to see! (Ewww! Gross! gonk )
Umm... I think I had a point somewhere, but I lost it.... Can someone help me find it? XD Oh yes!
Really, there were two main points in my first topic. One was to find out exactly what the Mods do in this guild. And the other was to figure out why Boss A changed the way that the Price Guild is updated when the old system worked just fine in the past!

Yea, and that weird comment on how people won't use the Guide if they see topics like my first one...
Why would people judge a guide on if there is drama in the guild? If the Guide is up to date and easy to use, then people use it! And even if they don't use it, then why would it matter if they don't? Are we trying to control the economy here or just state that currently these items are going for about this price?

I cant really comment on the deletion of history.. Because I can't seem to recall the thread..
And this guild has had to have more stress then it should have had. We should let it be and accept the demise of a grrat thing..

I didn't delete the topic because it annoyed some people. Araunah made a direct post that flaming of anyone on Gaia in this guild will not be tolerated. There was direct and indirect flaming of me and Sassy and that is against the rules of this guild.
Icysnowgirl please do not think you did anything wrong because you didn't. You in no way flamed anyone. I hope you understand that.
lucifersalliance: I totally agree with you there. That was one of the main reason's why I made the new sticky. I wanted to avoid drama in the guild by taking problems to pms but it didn't turn out that way.

I don't recall seeing Icy's thread, but if it was criticism of one's job or status, it shouldn't be tolerated.
Though, ironic it may seem. The mods that we haven't seen this guild took a bad turn, now arrive to preserve their reputation and try to maintain respect.
Just a concidence and a hypothesis of mine.

But if all criticism is hushed up, then how will our leaders know what we are thinking and feelings? Criticism is needed in a democracy, and I am pretty sure that EVIL is a democracy. That leads me into another question. If EVIL was a country, what would our system of government be? xd

As i see it the girl was saying the truth. I think is pretty much obious that in this guild there's active mod and not so active mods. We never named anyone. If someone feels we are talking abut them then it is because they are not doing what they should be. Because if ppl were talking about "mods not doing thir jobs in evil" I'd know they are not talking about me.
So if you feel it's for you then you should start thinking if you are doing your job or not. And it's pretty funny you never came before here, and you just did cause ppl was undirecly calling you irresponsable.
And when did you come? When Justin said so. Her thread was up for a week and you never saw it... why? because you only came when Justin told you to. Not that you care about EVIL or it memebers AT ALL. You just care about yourself, and that's one thing that cant be denied.

I thought your thread was asking a question? by deleting her thread maybe rolleyes if you had a problem with one post it can be deleted, you don't need to remove the whole thread. I feel that the people should be heard, if they are not aloud to be heard then this would just be imperialism or dictatorship, and not a democracy at all.

Exagerating? Maybe.
Yet, we can admit she did nothing bad or too bad, delete a thread here or there. I've heard of second chances and besides no one was here to enforce anything. No owners or members to lead the way. We sat here, chatting and waiting for a sign, like alphabets in soup.
Still, there was some sort of need of mods here, updaters in particular. If he or she felt the need to delete a thread because of it being insulting or offending when it never mentionned a name (I never saw the thread, so I'm assuming from here on in and it is simply maybe a repetition of what Leti has said)
Then this person obviosuly knew what they were up to and took no action to change it. Keeping this in mind, we can assume that he or she wanted to keep a sort of a reputation and didn't want to feel guilty by those who have noticed his or her's mis-doings. Neglecting what he or she was promoted to do as Moderator of the e.v.i.l guild.
I understand no one wants drama here, but what else can we do. Say that we heard or saw nothing. That we haven't notice a lack of communication of cooperation? That'd be stupid and idiotic of us, us as in the whole guild of E.v.i.l
Some things just have to be put on the spotlight,

I admit, I have done nothing in this guide for a long while now. When Leti said about the people not doing their jobs I was one of them. Is it so hard to admit when your not doing the responsiblities that you were selected to do?
I have had alot going on in my personal life and don't have near as much spare time to be on gaia as I used to. This still is no excuse though for me neglecting my duties as a mod and updater of the guide/guild.
I did however inform and let everyone know (through posts in this guild) that yes I am not doing my duties here, and I can be removed if Araunah sees fit and be replaced by someone who will not neglect their duties. Why is saying something like that so hard?
I think there is more to all this than just some neglected duties. It looks more like a personal battle was dragged here after Leti's comment and is being fought under the disguise of this guilds problems. Whichever the case, it really should stop. It's not fair to the users of this guide/guild for this immature behaviour to continue. If your not doing your jobs face it and let the people know that you wont be able to update for them, so they can go use another guide(where the updaters are dedicated to their duties there).

If that were the case, I'd would have banned people from the thread if i didn't like what they said. Well if it was direct flaming you could've PM araunah and minilain (like you say to do if a probem with a mod happens) and acuse me of braking the rules and get me banned easily. But for that you'd need evidence ... wich you dont have cause i never did flame anyone. I just stated fact that everyone else can see. So you deleted it so you can say whatever you feel like saying about the deleted posts. Good thing i have screenshots of every single post you deleted and if you acuse me of flaming i can provide to araunah a screenshot of every single post in the guild related to this issue. (good thing i dont trust some ppl eh?)
