How many had she met recently? How many had she had to find soon before she would go crazy with the darkness in her mind plaguing her mind, body and soul. She wished to free herself, find that balance Amedia had spoken of, gain control so she could show Mrost, but all her efforts were futile, she was failing miserably.

She had even lashed out at another god, K'Anatak the bafoon, how dare he pry into her mind and think of the horrible moments past, she wished she could just find someone to talk to, be around so she would not be alone. Someone who was strong in emotion and physical strength. In case it broke free, incase the darkness would rein her body.

Ryu'Rage had all but given up, now in teh rogue lands, walking during the night air. It was stale yet cool, it made her a bit cold, she was tired, hungry, thirsty/ She was trying to avoid the fact she would have to hunt soon or suffer from other problems not eating might bring. But all in all, she was afraid to see the blood, afraid what affect it might have on her.

Rage flopped onto the ground on her side and gazed up at the stars with her silver hues. What would happen to her now?

Vian loped along through the long, dark stalks of grass, casting a glance at the starry sky once and a while. It still felt strange, being by himself. Perhaps it was because in his childhood his family had always been so close...even for a long time after their youngest sister had been separated from them. He shook his head a little and allowed a small smile to form on his maw. They could all take care of themselves, though. His family had been a strong bunch.

He slowed a little, seeing a shape not far off. The wind blew in his direction, ruffling his dark mane and bringing a scent to his nose. Smells like that only belonged to gods and goddesses, he knew. He walked carefully over until he could see her better in the dim lighting. He noted her dire expression, even in the dark. "My Lady, is something the matter?" He questioned politely, a small frown formin on his maw.

Ryu'Rage listened to the nothingness of the silence in the abyss of darkness. Nothing was here in the dark, nothing at all but the stars up over head and the moon that shown brightly in the far off distance. Some would find the silence just peachy, now she hated it.

She heard someone coming, did not pay attention, the beast within her was chained adn sleeping for the moment, giving her some peace, but she still couldn't sleep, no matter how she tried. Hungry and tired, she was just exhausted, not knowing what to pursue next.

Then she heard his voice. She raised her silver hues to look up at him, such a strange pelt, but she had seen stranger ones, she offered him a faint smile, he seemed quite noble, "Just tired and alone I'm afraid, like so many other times, may I ask for your name stranger? Please, come closer, it's alright, I just, don't want to be alone this night."

Vian moved over to her side without hesitation. This wasn't he first goddess he had met. He had a great respect for deities and this goddess was no different, though she did look a little worse for the ware. "That is a shame, My Lady. You must have been working very hard to tire yourself so," He said with warm sympathy and a sad smile. "My name is Vian," He told her a moment afterwards, bowing his head as was proper.

A faint smile upon her maw as she saw him bow and come closer, she returned the gesture without hesitation. Her tired frame and spirit made it hard for the darkened half of her to take over, not enough strength in either side to wage a war within. "You could say such a thing, I just tire myself lately it seems..."

She pulled her wings tighter against herself, shivered slightly, why did she always feel cold? She hated the cold. She cursed it in her mind and looked to Vian, "I am Ryu'Rage...what might someone as yourself be doing out here all alone Vian?" perhaps it was wrong to ask right out, but she was curious after all.

"Nothing as noble as you I'm sure, My Lady," He murmured with a warm look of respect, "Simply traveling." It seemed a poor excuse, but it was truth. He would love to find his siblings in his travels, but he knew their separation had been partly by choice. Meeting his sister was his only goal, but from a realistic standpoint he knew it was unlikely. But he wasn't so much like his second brother to not have the small hope of it.

Noble? That was a laugh, no offense to Vian but Rage felt as herself as anything but noble and kind. She felt like she was a monster, needed to be done away with if that could even happen. Seemed unlikely, it had failed in the past few attempts by others...

"Traveling is tiresome, perhaps why we both came to this place, are you searching for something Vian?" she didn't know if she could help at all, but she could try, even listening could help others, right now she wished her realm was that of another. Perhaps so that she could help this noble one.

Pity, she was condemned to another she despised.

"I suppose I am...I'm hoping to meet some of my family again. We separated not long after my sister was lost. I'm hoping I'll be able to find her sometime...to see how she's doing," He was smiling, despite the serious nature of which he spoke. He obviously had confidence in his siblings if he did not appear too worried. They could all take care of themselves. They had just been stronger together, that was all.

Rage noticed his tone of voice, listened to his words, his story, so he was searching for family? Her ears fell back in understanding, she wished she had family to search for, yet she knew all of them were far from her reach. "I wish I could help Vian, sadly my realm will not allow such a thing, I do hope you find her and she is well," she said softly, she offered a faint smile, as much of a smile as she could.

"Perhaps if I come across her one day, I can tell her you search for her? What does she look like Vian? I can try to help as much as I can..." she would so rather help others in their searches to be reunited with family then to have her mind dwell on the loss of her own.

Why couldn't she be a goddess of guidance or something more useful then what she was?

"I wouldn't trouble yourself too much with hit, my lady," Vian murmured with an expierenced eye, "You look like you have far too much to deal with as it is, if you don't mind me saying so." He didn't know what it was, but deities always had something going on. It was part of being who they were. He rolled his shoulders slightly in a comfortable shrug, "But...I suppose if you do meet her you'd know her more by personality then anything. She's hard to forget. But...she's got a coat of orange and white."

Orange and white, she would remember then, then perhaps she could do some good for once for another, not bad like she had in the past...that cub, she remembered him, how he had angered her, how she scarred him. It haunted her, knowing that she scarred a cub, a young one barely into life as it was. She was hard to forget as well? Then Rage would remember, she remembered lots of things, many she wished she would forget as time passed on.

"I do not mind for it is a true fact, I have many troubles as it is, I do not mind, what gives me trouble is at peace for the moment, tired from past day experiences, how have your travels been going Vian? I am curious to know of stories of others, helps calm the surging fire within my being..."

"They have been fine, My Lady. Nothing out of the ordinary for what it is," Vian murmured with a gentle tilt of his head. His tail curled slightly as he looked the goddess before him over. Again he got a bad feeling from her, in a sense of her well being anyway. "My Lady...if you have so many troubles, do not feel inclided to take on any of mine," He offered a small reasuring smile. Vian was self-reliant, that was clear, and he had no qualms about it.

She offered a faint smile, silver hues on him, such a noble kind one he was. She hadn't seen many like him in so long, was nice to see some were still kind, even to those who could use immortal powers against them. "I do have troubles, that I know, but I also like to see others happy, even though my realm cannot allow me to help with use of power, I try with what kindness I have in my soul that lingers Vian."

Rage lay her head on her paws, she shivered, why was she so cold?! If it indeed got colder temperature wise, she would probably freeze, tis what she believed. "Vian," she said softly, a question on her tongue. She was afraid the nightmares would come again, or perhaps another would pass by and try to strike at her, she didn't want the silent darkness to consume her entirety.

"Vian, might...might you stay for a while?" she just didn't want to be alone for a bit longer.

To see a goddess in such a state was something he wouldn't soon forget. Her fear, though not obvious, he could sense. And her tired expression was hard to ignore. It was all so contradictory to the independent, subborn, self-preserving nature of the goddess he followed, Bathsheba. There was nothing wrong with the differences, though. And he certainly didn't mind remaining with her. He would never wish to simply leave her like this.

He offered a comforting smile, "Of course, My Lady. It would be an honor."

Ryu'Rage offered a faint smile, as much as she could. She still couldn't smile yet, she didn't know why, perhaps she was afraid if she smiled and cared for something, that it might be taken from her again. She appreciated Vian saying he would stay with her, even if it was only for a few moments longer. She curled her wings close to her body, so that if he wished to lay beside her, he could. The beast did not wish any harm upon him, he was one of the most noble lions she had ever come across.

"Thank you...VIan..." she said softly, tiredly.

She hoped perhaps Vian could chase her nightmares away this night.
