CERE'S TOTALLY COOL QUEST THAT SHE SHOULDN'T BE SETTING UP but I just got struck with this character idea so I'm doing it anyway. Fancying up/better intro will come later.
PS: is not my quest title the coolest thing ever OR WHAT.

CHARACTER GOES HERE.
Her name is Charminee (Charlie for short), and she is a very humorless girl with the biggest stick up her a** you have ever seen. She refuses to compromise her system of thinking and is very closed-minded and ambitious.
Her concept largely has to do with divine retribution -- mainly, dishing it out and keeping the lawful order that her superiors require for their plans to succeed.
retribution // the act of taking revenge (harming someone in retaliation for something harmful that they have done) especially in the next life.
Influenced largely by purgatory and Dante's Inferno. Sort of a moral police sort of thing.

BACKSTORY HO
ok basically there's this background organization called Destiny that spans across worlds and dimensions that stalks everyone alive and decides their, well, destiny. They enforce this by subtle terrorism, coercian, bribery, vaguely nudging in the right direction -- it's a conspiracy! Literally!
Anyway, Destiny really does truly wants what's best for all (as they're trying to steer mankind towards paradise) and gets very upset when people go against their plans. Sure, they're allowed to stage war and plagues (to purify and wipe out the infidels!) but it's for everyone's own good. You try to stage one of your own and they gonna choke a b***h.
So Charlie is a lowly soldier in their ranks, carrying out their orders and hoping to rise through the ladders.
