I wish that Solly could get the chance to finish those SRT subtitle files, though - I haven't studied French since I was 12, so I'm a bit rusty. smile

I'd like to check it out sometime, myself. I just don't know where to find it, really.. since I don't download anything.
Nuala, you need not worry about your french being rusty. I took four years of it in highschool, and all I can really say is "Je ne suis pas une banane."
(it means "I am not a banana" for any non french speakers out there)

They won't be great - haven't watched the eps yet as I'm missing the first couple, so I don't know how good my French comprehension is. I can hopefully give a transcript to someone, if they know how to make it into proper subtitles. As for the series, can't wait to watch, though I'd prefer Japanese, to match with the first series. W

W I've not forgotten to send you the first batch, I just keep getting side-tracked by various annoyances. Currently "the case of the missing bank card" being paramount. But, if I get the time, I'll make a quick stop to the post office, or I'll just say "screw this!" and throw it into a post box with unclear postage which will most certainly end up lost, but worth a shot seeings as the universe seems to have a personal mission to prevent me from having the time to visit a damn post office. Soon, Warner. Soon! *Goes back to the mountain of work, which keeps him thoroughly occupied 9/10 hours a day*

In my case, summer's here with a vengeance and I'm indoors reading about the tax implications of buying an overseas subsidiary... *grimaces* Good luck with the workload - and no rush. I can't watch it till my exams are out of the way - MacGyver boxset is tempting enough as it is! Any news on when it might actually air in its home country (Sonic that is, not MacGyver!)? W

I keep hearing September, it's a rumour date, but it sounds likely enough to me.

Well, I promised I'd do some translations and I've finally got round to it. They'll be useless unless you watch the episodes at the same time as reading them, as they're not scripts, just transcripts - no description of what's going on.
If you want copies (in .pdf), drop me a line. They may sound rather stilted, since my French is rather inferior to my Spanish, but they should give the gist until Solly has the subtitles sorted for these episodes - or until the second season airs in English.
For the time being, I've managed to do episodes 70, 71 and 72, with more to come.
A bientot,
La Soeur Warner

Well, I've heard of it and I just watched almost all of them in the French version with subtitles. I downloaded them last night.

if my computer had more memeory, i'd download as many episodes of sonic X as i possibly could as i can't even watch it on regular TV any more.
(well, i could if i wanted to see the series from the very beginning once again, ITV has a habit of stopping anime series half way though and going into repeats until we're sick of them)
so i'll just sit here, envy everyone and await screenshots. :p
