Well I for one am going to do the normal menora/candles thing. I've also been buggin my parents to death to get me the holy nintendo Wii that was created by g-d to give us pleasure until another system comes out and we get that one.

Wii...Psh. What's all the hype around Wii? Seriously...It's a white glorified PS2!
Anyway, I'm going to a friends house, because my parents celebrate Christmas, for the first and second days of Chanukah. We have school the 3rd and 4th...and I probably won't do anything else related to Chanukah for the rest of break.

And I basically just do my own private lighting of the candle in my room since my parents dont really like doing it. Then we always go to some family get together at my grandparents or aunts house

Im going to go to a party like always.
My 2nd cousin (I guess it would be called) always has a giant hanukkah party up at his mansion...er..house.
Its always decked out for hanukkah with white and blue lights and stuff, I think its cool whee

tsshark Well, fellows, I'm going to lit candles and sing Hanuka songs. I'll go to learn more about Hanuka, I think that I'll go to my Rabbi to learn... Pretty much what I'll be doing. ^^ I think my grandmother might be coming in, but I'm not sure. And I'll wear my awesome Hannukah socks. blaugh

Haha, my friend's older sister, who is converting, got so excited when she found out I wanted to convert...so she got me socks. Haha, one with menorahs, and the other with stars of David. kool. also its kind of wierd but even tho i dont celebrate chritsmas (no im not J4J) i always get a stocking and fill it to the rim with random junk. also im gonna try something i heard on a flash animation (delcine christmas) im gunna hang my memory cards with my hanuka stoking and c if santa really comes and lvl's up ur characters and buys u new weapons and stuff.

Shall I do the honors? (Don't be offended please) It's annoying for other users to read. She is a mod (and a good one at that). As mods, it's our job to keep the forum literate and clear for other members of the Jewish Gaian Guild.
She's in that "spell out your damn words thing" because she sees grammar as something that should actually exist.

I will celebrate Hanukkah by lighting the candles and singing the songs and going to our family reunion (I don't enjoy those very much to be honest xd ... Too many old ladies that like to pinch your cheek and tell you that you look like a model from a magazine stare ). And sadly, I am going to spend countless hours in the physics laboratory of my Yeshivah... We have so much work to do... crying .

We gather with all the relatives for either the first or the last night of Chanukah and that's when we exchange presents with everyong else. I'm hoping for DDR.
All the other nights, we just light our menorahs at home. Maybe we eat a littl bit of challah, but we don't do any thing special on the other nights.
