Then a camera man shows a Gym roof.The lights were dimmed.Then after it being held up there for 5 second later, you heard a loud sound, something falling down. It's a person in a black sweatshirt and jacket. The camera moves from the roof the to ring. The Camera man zooms in on him and the ring. This guy had just gotten up and he started to do 20 jumping Jacks. The camera moved forward and he almost tripped over a big weight and the camera man shows 3 45lbs weight on the ground stacked up. Under those weights there was a olympic wrestling matt.2 red matt and 3 matts inbetween them about 7 feet long for each match.Then the camera man hears a big slam. This guy had gotten up and he then got out of the ring, and he then stood onto the red mat and he went to the growed and he then did 1 push up.Then he ran towards the camera man, and he moved to the side while this guy was coming towards him.
This guy then stop at the other red match and did not 1 but 2 push ups.Then this guy ran back and forth ontill he did 1-15 push ups ,starting from 1 each time he ran back and forth. After that he got up rested for a 30 seconds and then did the same thing but instead he first did sit ups ,and then squats. The camera man then backed up and looked at this guy and he waited for a moment and then got closer to this guy for a moment. This guy fished his work out, so the camera man thought, then he did 5 bear crawls back and forth..This guy then got up then started to do some back pushes ups. He started and after 5 good ones He stopped. The camera man then got a close up his face when he looked up.He Zoomed in on his face, and it showed a man with a go-te and he removed his hood and it showed this guy with long black hair and red dye on were his hair spits ...The camera man looked and this man walked towards the camera .The camera man then said ...Jed , Jed then jumped up and hit a backwards heel kick on the camera and the camera is showing the roof, while the camera fades black.

Then it goes back to the show.
