Wow...in words i can't describe how i feel. Everyday i wonder what would happen if Jesus hadn't caught me as i was falling...falling into a pit of evil. Something i am glad i am not part of anymore. Anyways, here is what happend.

As i entered middle school, i was the typical kid who tried fitting in. Of course, there's the people who are the bad influence, making you feel you need to be like everyone else. And well, me being pretty numb to everything around me, i tried being like that. My friend hung out with the "emo group" who is now goth, but at that time they all dressed ya know, like punk wannabes?

Anyways, i started acting different, dressing different...ways i really regret. At that time, i didn't know about Jesus Christ, and i felt like i was alone in this world, wondering what i was doing here, why i was here. I felt like i was ALONE, no one to love me, like i was empty. And then, on halloween, my teacher started telling me things about ghosts and such. That SCARED me. Seriously. I was SCARED. I could not sleep one night without being freaked out, constantly keeping my eyes open for anything. Suddenly, everything seemed to so dark. I didn't see any light day, any joy and happyness, like i was being overcome by evil. That is, until one day I heard from a friend about Jesus. I started learning about Him, i discovered He is truth, accepted Him as my saviour, and soon, things changed. I had a new positive attitude, confidence, and happiness. At night, i had confidence that He was here, i knew he would protect me, that He loved me. No longer was i afraid. I knew for sure why i was here, and i knew that Jesus loved me. I cried tears of joy, praising our Lord! I couldn't believe what great things were happening, i started getting good grades in school, i got nice friends, the doctors told me i didn't have the dieseases they thought i had, and things are still getting better! I now can be 100% me, not caring what other people do. I know i don't need to impress anyone, i can be myself, and as long as i have Jesus here, everything will be alright. Everyday, i think about His love for us. It's so amazing. I can stand outside in the sun..breathe in the air, look up at the sky and see Him. Everything he does is so, wow, incredible. I feel so blessed. It's just...so amazing!

Thanks for reading this. It really felt good typing this and telling people about what happend, and how Jesus saved me from the person i did not want to be.

Oh, man! This is so encouraging for me! I have a cold so I'm really out of it and misserable, but this reminded me how great our God is! He is so amazing! biggrin
