Well I'm a Woodsballer recently gone to speedball.
But anyways, I'm new to speedball, but I was wondering.
I was gonna set up my own custom gun and I bought an e2 from a friend that he didn't want cause he didn't play, but before I make any stupid moves, what guns are the eblade's compatible with?

The Eclipse Electronic trigger frame(which I'm sure your talking about) is used on Autococker markers.

the e2 is sucha nice frame, i reccommend getting a cheap 04 or 05 protsock, adn slapping it on u wont be dissappointed
or any cocker now that i think of it, but plz try to stay away from the trilogy stuff

One more question. If I were to buy an E1 and then buy the anti chop eye, could I install it, or does the eye only work with my E2?

Not 100% sure but I think Eclipse would do something like that to make it easier on customers. I don't know why you would buy a E1 over a E2. The E2 is by far better then the E1 for several reason. The E2 has more modes, better battery lifespan, Better tigger IMO, and all the bugs have been worked out of it.
