Hey, I don't know if this has already been done, but everyone should post their memorable Skinny Puppy concert experiences!

I'll start, I've been to a few concerts, but the best one ever was when I was able to push my way to the front. I was so close to Ogre!

About two or three songs into the set, Ogre had this gas mask filled with goo, he poured it into his mouth and then he spat it on me!

It was so amazing...

haha, only Puppy fans would be able to appreciate this.

there was a Skinny Puppy concert in Seattle a few years back but the tickets were sold out...one of my friends got to go, though. Lucky bastards. @_@ I want to go, goddammit!!! *cough* sorry...I think I have rabies or something, lol.

My one & only True Experince with Skinny Puppy was in 04 at ther Greater Wrong of the Right tour.. I went to the one in Utah... The people I went with made sure that little me didn't die in the front.. we had shown up 4 hours early just to be in the front.... but anywho when after ogre had pretty much covered himself & the front half of the crowd with blood & broke out the mud... Well he Did a little spinny thing & Mud flew Of his finger.. I watched it in slowmotion fly towards me. It was spinning & I could only watch it.. then at last as it drew nearer It HIT ME IN THE EYE... Ogre say what had happend too. I wiped my eye & threw my other hand in the air & screamed " YEAH" two guards quicky came to my attendance & threw water at my face & a towel so I could get it out of my eye... I kept the mtowl & the water " hey I was thirsty" & I still have the towel today.. Stained with mud & blood.... oh yeah man it was funny the look on Ogre face when it hit me in the eye... it was kinda one of those "Oh s**t" looks as he go's to the other side of the stage.. hell even Keven key saw & was lauhging.. a what a moment through Eye contact

that's pretty ******** funny.

i saw them last year in london and they were ******** amazing, but nothing really interesting happened. i didn't get close enough to get covered in blood and stuff, my friend pussied out of getting too close because there were some big dudes in the front, and i didn't want us to get seperated. oh well, it was still an amazing experience and i can't wait for another tour.

I saw Skinny Puppy in Philly at the Electric Factory. I was front and center. This was my first Skinny Puppy concert.

Ogre came right in front of me and my friend and sat on the speakers and was singing. All I could do was smile lovingly at him. I swear we made eye contact and smiled at me but I could be wrong.

Then there was this drunk guy behind me who started moshing and hitting people. People got angry and pushed back. He started punching randomly into the crowd and punched a girl in the face. I was screaming for security and they came after about 2 minutes. They grabbed the guy and pulled him over the rail.

After the song Ogre left the stage. When he came back he annouced that the a*****e was arrested and out of there. Then he continued the show.

After the show, when the band had left the stage, the girl next to me got a drum stick. I started asking security for a set list or something. They were out of setlists so they asked me if I wanted his iced tea. I said no because I didn't know if it was really his. But then...

They gave me Ogre's headband he was wearing when he was performing. It had make-up on it and was sweat drenched. I was so happy. I still am. I cherish that headband.. heart

My boyfreind took me to see Skinny Puppy, Mythmaker tour, on June 19th for my birthday that was just a couple days before. It was a lot of fun, I was front right with him protecting little me from the mosh that was going on just behind us. xD And this chick kept trying to steal my spot

I remember tar looking blood that he kept spitting on himself. That was orgasmic to watch. And then an orange cord wrapped around him and a mask, that I can't remember what it looked like or what the cord was for... emo emo emo

I saw them on the Greater Wrong of the Right tour in Milwaukee. I was right up in the front the whole time. It was a great show, pretty much like the DVD except they played some different songs like Addiction and The Choke and Blue Surge and Love in Vein I think.

Aaaand I saw them in Chicago last June on the Mythos tour. Again in the front and center. The crowd was more rough and crazy there at the HOB and Ogre was behind a curtain with strobe lights half the time and the blood didn't work :/ Ogre seemed pissed then, He shouted "NOTHING ******** WORKS" haha. and at some point I think he said "Green is definately not my favorite ******** color" The music was good and Otto von Schirach played before them along with another band that really sucked and smelled bad (literally). But I didn't really care cause I got to see Skinny Puppy <3

Ahh I want to see them again!

Yeah, I feel really ******** old sometimes.
