Forgive the joke, everyone, but I couldn't resist.
Due to circumstances beyond anyone's control, even Tutsumi's, he is no longer a Vice-Captain.
Tutsumi Hybrin has been demoted to a General Member, due to his incapability to act in a professional manner when dealing with Out Of Character Matters.
He's done a lot to keep this guild alive, and he's put a lot of effort into making this guild among of the best on Gaia, and for that, I think we all thank him.
