The one I use to use has taken them off and made it to where you have to buy a membership to view them & I was wondering if anyone knew of a good site.

i think on the main forum there is a list of tabs just check the following pages until you find it it shouldn't be that far back because it was a recent thread.

911tabs.com
It is a search engine (like google) for basically every tab site on the internet.
So when ultimate-guitar fails in having a song with good tabs, 911tabs prevails by having SO MUCH MORE.... yeah, 911tabs is the best.
I do like that you can look at reviews on ultimate-guitar though.
