Loki Nei Forest
This is the calm and friendly forest, inhabited by the Terrean Fae of Telrunya, this forest is home to a few Paeiil as well, and is very safe and full of general forest wildlife, though the animals are well tempered due to the presence of the Terrean Fae, and would never cause harm to a Pae'il unless that Pae?il were threatening a Terrean or the animal itself.
The Protecting Magic Spirit, Nienna resides in this forest and can usually be found communicating with the various life the forest homes.

The day was gorgeous; the sun made the pale sand shine and the gentle waves lapped at the land with eager caresses. Nothing could make a day like this better, save for a tall glass of lemonade and friends or family with whom to enjoy the lazy beach.
Zephyros slunk from his parents' tent, his demon wings drapped like a cloak over his golden splotchy body. He had grown to dislike the beach, his home for so very long. The sun was too bright, causing the halo he bore like a burden to blind him; the noise from the other Paes laughing made him sick. What was there to be so annoyingly happy about anyhow?
The mixed demon headed for the trees, now clean from his daily stop by "his father's place" to shower and groom. Otherwise, the now adult Zeph chose to stay in the forest, sleeping up against trees or rocks unless the rain drove him back to the beachfront tent; sure he preferred soft satins and lacy trimmings, but not too many woodland features came attached with shams or quilts. It wasn't a nice life, but what could a freak expect?
Frowning, he ventured deep into the trees he knew so well. At least he had been stopped by no one on this "venture" into civilization. As hurtful as lonely was, it was better than disapproval.

"Ugh, so many trees!" Came a groan from a certain Shetani teen. He ran a hand through his hair and grumbled. "And sticks, and twigs, and dirt! Ick, this is so going to muss up my hair if I trip... Not that, that'll happen..." Alturius grumbled, "I am SO going to clean this place up when I become king... And FREAKING how..."

Hearing a rather boisterous male voice, the adult slank back into the shadows of a particularly dense overcropping of trees, thankful for the forest's canopy though he still stood out; gold against greyish brown was a bit noticeable. Hair sliding once again over his left eye, Zephyros leaned against a tree and crossed his arms, wings still attached at the tips to form a sort of makeshift cloak; even in this stance, it was hard to deny just how feminine the male seemed.

Alturius huffed and moved to lean against a tree, looking around and making disgusted faces. "Seriously, how can anyone get over so much dirt..." He shuddered. "This is sooo going to be paved over with something... I don't care what, just as long as the dirt GOES..." He hadn't quite noticed Zephyros yet, too focused in his disgust.

Eavesdropping, Zephyros couldn't help but imagine trees made of cement, an idea of such illogical proportions that he couldn't help but be amused through the fog of his bad mood. Wanting to maintain his anonymity, he attempted to supress a laugh; however, it ended up coming through his nose, not really a snort or a laugh, but an unpleasant sound rather like strangling a sick cat.
A blush darkened his cheeks into a warm brown and he hurriedly tried to shuffle around to the other side of the trees, his secracy betrayed by his own urges. He had no desire to be seen or called a freak, but this guy was strange in his own right. He couldn't get a good look at the teen, but he could make out feathery demon wings and a little fluffball on the end of the tail. At least the mixed demon wasn't the only weirdo wandering aimlessly through the woods.

"Who's there!" Alturius suddenly jumped up, body going ridged, looking like he was ready to box. In truth, Alturius didn't know JACK about fighting, his mother wasn't a fighter, and his father Victor seemed less than inclined to teach him how to defend himself, but Alturius was going to start pestering him anyways, after all, the future monarch of the isle needed to know how to protect himself from would-be assassins.

Zephyros watched the young male, his eyes peeping out from behind a large oak. Deciding it was worth a try and that in all honestly he doubted he'd ever get the chance to attempt such an experiment again, he very calmly replied, "No one."
He tried to gauge the reaction; would anyone really believe that, or was it just the sort of thing you read in stories? This kid was already off his rocker, talking about cement trees and the like.

"Oh haha!" Alturius groaned, his body still tensed. "You think you're a joker eh? Well come on Jerkface, come on out and stop being a p***k!" Alturius was NOT in the mood to be jerked with, that was HIS job after all.

Somehow, Zephyros was expecting this answer; only a moron would have believed a disembodied voice. The namecalling, however, he had not expected, and a few explicative comebacks crossed his mind.
Stepping from behind the tree, the dark giraffe-patterned male frowned, his visible red eye looking with disdain on the young mouthy punk. He leaned against one of the oaks with his hip stuck out a bit, his tail flicking in irritation much like a cat's.
"Sticks and stones," he replied soft and throaty with his deep, rich voice, a strange combination of masculinity and femininity.

"And the words were meant to hurt you, so don't give me none of that bunk about 'and words will never hurt me' bullshit." Alturius wasn't one to swear, well okay he was, but his mother had taught him that swearing was to be utilized only in the cases that it would ephisize a certain point.
"But damnit all, what's up with you man?! How can you stand all of this... FILTH!" A day or so ago, Alturius would have happily played in such refuse, but when he'd become a teen... well... Somebody had becoming a rather Narcasistic S.O.B, so obviously there was some truth in his lineage, he leaned towards both his mother and father. He thought he was both:
A) Better than everybody else.
and
B) That he was prettier than ANYBODY else.
Even his sisters, who were both foxes in their own right. Not that any of that mattered as he ground his teeth, wanting to punch this blighter's face in.
God he'd kill for Tamrin right now... That is, if the other Shetani had grown as well, even his sister Ariel would have been nice about now.

Zephyros smirked. This youth acted more like a child than an adult, notioning to the adult that he had a lot of maturing to do. In a fiesty mood, which was admittedly rare for the mixed demon, he may have made an argument with the other freak. However, upon examining the perfection that was his nails, he would most always decide against it; breaking a nail would be horrid and cost him hours trying to file it into something halfway decent.
"What filth?" he asked as he raised his visible eyebrow, thinking that the only filth nearby was that escaping from the youngster's mouth. He didn't move from where he was propped; there was no real reason not to be comfortable if he had to be social.

"All this dirt!" Alturius grunted, pushing some of it with his toe and making a face. "It's so dirty, how can you even stand it?" Okay, yes, he was going a bit overboard, but lets face it, it beat just complaining about how humid the air was and what it did to his hair, because that made him sound like a girl.
Not that bitching about the dirt didn't already...

"So you're proposing we all pave over all soil and grass throughout the Isle?" The more this kid spoke, the more amused Zephyros became; in all honestly seeing someone act prissy was nice, since it was usually him they were referring to. "What would you eat? You do realize that a lot of food comes from the so-called filth?"
Zeph would toy with him until he got bored, but he grew tired of standing. He sat down against the tree and crossed his legs, tail still twitching; the mixed demon figured putting his butt to the ground would set the teen off, an amusing proposition.

Alturius cringed as he watched the demon sit. "Well, Just pave the parts that are walked on a lot, the peasentry will have to get dirty someohow, I won't starve I know that much, besides, roads make travel so much easier." He flipped his hair and moved closer to the strange person.
"What about you, are you a peasent, or are you landed?" This was important, as if this strange man was landed gentry, Alturius would have to at least feign some manners.
