If this is a repeat thread, just let me know.
Okay, so as everybody has probably noticed, Dean has been very angsty lately. So much so, that I'm starting to miss the old women-chasing, wise-cracking Dean. Now, I know that Papa Winchester just died, so he is really sad about that, but it just seems to me that the show is a bit too angsty now.
So, what do you think?

Nah... I don't think it's too angsty... there had to be some tension and Dean/Sam angst after their father... and you know that Dean's so freakin stubborn that he'd draw it out a few episodes... but even with the angst there's still a lot of humor.. and I don't mind one way or another for Dean and his flirtatious self..

I'm an Angst!Whore! lol. So... I say, BRING ON THE ANGST!!! *hehe* My sig, after all, has always been *~* Death By Angst *~* smile I'm sure, however, that the Angst will subside after the grieving process dies down (no pun intended). We see it all coming out in direct response to his father's death. And to peril of his family. So... smile We needn't worry that this is a permanent thing! Also, Dean's flirting? Oh, that'll come RIGHT back after he deals and processes everything going on in his head... Whether that ends up directed at Jo... Or some other random girls in bars/dinners... We'll just have to see!!!

Okay love. Supernatural font is awesome! And I should make some awesome angst!Dean icons.
On the topic, yes there has been quite a bit of angst lately, but hello? Dean needs to be more real anyway. And his father just died, it's totally his fault, and well now he just found out he may not get the girl because his father's drama. Guy has some reason for angst. And everytime he gets all angsty, it makes me want to hug him. So ... I say love.

I don't mind the angst that much. With some characters, not nessisarily in Supernatural, it can get old, and after a while all I can think is, "Get over it!". But Sam and Dean are a bit different. I guess it's because they're tough about it, and try to cover it up with stupid jokes and pick-up lines.

But that just makes it all the more heart-wrenching when they get emotional about things, eh?
