You turn on the TV, and the same story covers every channel.
Newscast: The lower east side of Metropolis is under attack again. A new crime family is raising through the ranks but killing off the competition. They call themselves "The Coven" a group of mutants who share the same qualities of the legendary Vampires. Police have moved in but have found nothing. This seems to be a silent war, the mayor has ordered that a specialist group of people known has hunters move in and put an end to this war.

Tie turns the TV off as he finds out that the news is being broad casted over ever channel. "Can't even sit down to watch your TV shows in here. I hate this city."
A small floating object flies near. "Bweep, bleap."
Tie then throws the controller across the room of the repair shop. "I hate this city!"
(Anyone want to rp the owner? The person that he considers to be his step-father?)

"Your my only friend here, aren't you little guy? I will finish you some day, I promise." Tie walks over to where he threw the remote to the TV. It was broken in half from the impact with the metal wall of the building.
"Aww, great! Another item I have to fix! I really HATE this city! All it does is break things!"

"What was that noise! Teladen, you had best not be breaking anything in there! Supper will be ready in just a few! So don't hide up there all day!" A low and loud voice yelled from the down stairs area.
"That was nothing! I'll be right down, and STOP CALLING ME TELADEN!" Tie yells back to his father. He wasn't his real father, but he was the closest thing he had to one. His real father was killed by a crime lord 4 years ago. The pain of loosing his family that day still shows on his face.

Alianne looked around the streets of her home, a small allyway in the middle of the metropolis. Thanks to those bloody hunters she was fourced out of her home to live amongst the poor devils of this world. At one point she was a carefree girl living in the richer area of the world, but one day it all ended. She can still hear her father's desperate cries as he shoved her out of the house, "Ali, run, don't ever let them catch you, hide. I'll miss you." She shoved the frightening thought out of her head, that was years ago, when she was 14. Now she lives alone, all her relatives killed for their cursed race. She kicked the wall in front of her in frustration. She turned around and slowly her back slid down the wall and there she sat in silence, her hand clutching a bloodred ruby that hung around her neck on a thin, pure gold chain. It had been passed down from her oldest ancestors, to her. She pulled her black hood over her face and stood up, pulling the thin fabric over her crimson gown then slipped out of the shadows to walk down the streets looking for any food she could forage.

Can't let him see the remote broken or my butt will be in a sling! Where to put it, where!
Tie frantically looks for a spot to hide the broken remote. Then an Idea hit him just as steps could be heard coming up the stairs. He threw the remote between the cushions of the couch and sat down on it. Just then the door to his room opened up. "Supper is ready now. What was that thump I heard?" His father says to him.

Alianne found a stand nearby with a half asleep owner, she sighed and walked up, he didn't notice her standing right in front of her! She snatched an apple and a small, hard roll, walking away, taking small bites from the apple, leaving the print of her four pointed teeth on the flesh. She Shook her head and contiued to walk along the road until she reached a reasonably large mansion, a man stood in front of it, watching the activity and then reporting what he saw to a small box in his hand. She watched him carefully from a far enough away distance and acted as if she was interested in buying items from the shops around her. She knew all too well that he was up to no good, but she wouldn't say anything, not until she had proof, and something told her she shouldn't report it even then.

"Umm, it was nothing. Bleep here ran into a wall, that is all." Tie quickly said, maybe a little too fast. "I'll be right down for supper."
"You sure it was that? Sounded more like a remote being thrown... again. Oh well, I'll see you down stairs soon then." His father said, then he left the room.
"How did he figure that out so quickly? I really need to stop breaking the remotes like that." He then recovers the remote from the couch cushions and placed it on a near by table. As he leans over he looks out the window and sees a car parked outside. near the store front is a girl, seems to be looking at... wait a moment? She looks familiar? Where did he see her from before? Maybe it was from school, or maybe she looked like a girl from one of the magazine advertisements?
"Come down before supper gets cold! Teladen! You hear me!" The father shouted from downstairs again.
"Coming!" Tie yells back, too occupied with the familiar looking girl from below. "Bleep, I have an assignment for you. Keep an eye on that girl down there. Make sure she is alright. Let me know if anything happens down there."
Tie then sets off down stairs to go eat.

Rislan just walked down the streets, waiting for her little mecha bird to tell her to get to work. She placed her hand on her messenger bag and sighed.Interesting as to how I have this job... Not too safe either. She looks over across the road and sees a repair shop. "A repair shop, maybe we could get you a check up, eh Twee?" Twee chirps noisily. "Ahh! I have to get to work!" She runs down the street in a rush.

Tie walks down the stairs, smelling the food downstairs that his father had made. "Umm, smells like Lo Maein!" Tie sits at the table and picks up his Chopsticks.
"So, what angered you this time? I know you broke the remote again. I guess it is a good thing you always seem to fix it yourself. Maybe you should put it in a metal casing this time?" His father says to him as he sits down as well, placing a plate on the table for himself and Tie.

Rislan ran up to one of the few remaining smaller buildings. The sign on the front revealed that it was an old fashioned postal service. She walked inside and walked out around the counter to the back room. "Hey, Boss! Anything for today?!" She hollered.
An elderly man stuck out his head from a nearby doorway. "Just one..."
"Ok then." She took the letter he handed to her and looked at the address. "... You're kidding... But the news said it was blocked off!" She looked at him in disbelief, but he just shrugged. "Damn it..." She pocketed the letter and left the building.

Tie places some of the food onto the plate that his father placed in front of him. "This really smells good."
Bleep, taking his orders too seriously, opens the window and hovers down to the girl bellow. "Bweep!" The little robot chirps when it gets close.
(Oh! What section was that? Sorry I turned off my TV and broke the remote... opps.)
