Well, I gotta start university soon, so I need to train as much as I can. Starting this Friday, I gotta get up at 6 am (mon, wed, fri) and be at the dojo for about 7-7:30ish. It'll be just me and my senior. He's got some weight to lose, and is pretty intense with his training, so I can expect some nice hardcore training, along with my sensei's technical training in the evenings.
I already train at least 3-5 times a week, and I run and weightlift every other day, along with walking several miles a day where I work, which also has me doing a lot of bending, squatting, and heavy lifting.
I'm either going to burn out really quick (which is really just a mental thing), or I'm going to be in the best shape of my life.
Oh yeah, and soon I'm going to start taking BJJ again. whooo. I'm going die die.
What's you're eat/sleep/work/train week like?

I eat sometimes 3 but sometimes 2 times a day. I sleep about a good 10 hours (since it's summer). I train by either swimming in the pool, running around trying to get applications for a job, and going to Tae Kwon Do, which tires me out quickly. I think because Master Yeo is gonna be out to Korea getting married, he's working us uberly hard.

Well on a bad week, I don't really do s**t.
But then on a good week, I wake up at 7, have breakfast, leave at 8, work from 9 to 5:30, draw/read/do paperwork, train 1 1/2 hour to 3, depending on the day (I do 5 hours on Sunday and 5 1/2 on Saturday (plus half an hour of flute lessons))
Wich makes for like between 0 and 21 hours a week... 42 1/2 at work 10 houres travel for work 18 hours travel for martial arts 49 hours of sleep 5 hours for personal hygiene 3 1/2 hours for eating. 3 hours reserved for flute ------ 152 hours in a week with 168 hours........ And I still have to read, learn german, watch tv, play games, go out with friends, do paperwork, get my business started, organize my holiday, decide on my next educational step and talk to you guys...... O.O
Heavens. XD the annoying thing is I can't do s**t while travelling cuz it makes me nauxious.

lets see i get a good 5 to 8 hours in on a good night i train in the dochang 2 times a week i work on weekends for 2 10 hour shifts and one 8 hour shift i also work a 7 hour shift on wendsday all of them are late shifts 4:30 to 10 on wed then 2 to 11 fri and sat then 9am to 5am sunday. Though i try hard to control my eating habbits i often find my self eating the weirdest things at 200 in the morning (peanut butter and cheese or cold left over meat some times a pack of crackers by them self) but lately ive stoped eating after 9 to 10 i also eat at work after we break down the buffette or line depinding where they have me, and uasally its prime rib and other fancy ish foods like sausage rattoute beef strogonof brandy glazed beef. Mostly i eat the beef cause i don't like pork and am trying to cut down on shell fish but hot damn if we don't make the best coconut shrimp. For break fast its uasally a bagel with nufshatelle cream cheese or light butter some times light peanut butter i uasally don't eat lunch but ist uasally the crunch wrap supeream at taco bell or a bagel with something on it and when i have dinner at home it varies.
training at home is uasally an hour of ddr in the morning before i eat and every now and then i hit my punching bag or lift weights some times i practice with my swords often 2 katanas at once but some times i use my wood en katana like a rapier, and i lost my flail which sucks. When i find the time i take my bow out an practice with that. i need to buy some new arrow heads and more arrows cause i lost one arrow and broke two tips when my arrows hit trees. also i hang out with my freinds often and am now addicted to amplitude (a beat/ arcade shooter for the ps2 ) and when ever possible i read, talk to you people and play eaither magic the gathering or DnD. Right now however im getting reddy for college and praying i get this graphic artist job i found out about on my birthday i sent im my resume and made a check up call alreddy hope fully they call me in for an interview soon if not im gonna transfer to security were i work which is a race track for horses and also a casiono even though we only have slots.

I havent been to my arts school in about 2 weeks, but i've been weightlifting
we're thinking of tranfering to a closer school, the one i go to now is a half hour away
Im thinking of either taking kung fu, or judo
hopefully judo, but my girlfriend takes kung fu, so i might join her
(i previously practised shotokan, a form of karate and earned my black belt after about 7 years of training)
