Tyven... Had a "friend," more of an ally, really. An understanding with the girlthing walking next to her. Her mother had already supplied her with a slim black ipod, and it was in her pocket, headphones around her neck. She and Altessa were [horror of horrors] out without adult supervision. Who's fault was this? Jem's. She figured that since Altessa was bigger, it was safe to let the two go out.
They'd gone to the mall, Tyven didn't like it much, but there was always a lot of prey other kids around. Now she raised a slim eyebrow, and touched Altessa's elbow, pointing toward a bench. What was the winged, white thing?
"Tssss?"

Emi had somehow been coerced by her father to enter the mall. The same mall he had taken Khalindra to shop when he first aquired her. However, this was a special visit.
Normally, Emi wouldn't be caught dead in a place with many, many people that she didn't know. Especially after that horrible Halloween party...But daddy had promised to get her ballet things because she had lessons coming up.
Today, she was dressed in normal clothes. Or, as normal as her family got. A light pink jumper dress with a yellow T-shirt beneath it. The shirt itself was decorated with pink roses and her hair was put up in two pig tails.
She wanted her tutu.
Emi was about to ask her daddy where they were going when she felt someone's eyes on her and turned her head, spotting Tyven. Who was that and why was it pointing at her? Quickly, she moved behind Aiden and peeked out.
"Daddy, that thing is pointing at me."

Altessa's ears instantly picked up on the sound, and her cold eyes shifted over to glare at the kid. She already didn't like her; hiding behind her father was something she didn't approve of. If you wanted to be strong, you had to stand up for yourself.
"Not a thing." Alt corrected, eyes narrowing dangerously. She tensed.

Tyven hadn't flinched, but her face immediantly went blank. That was never a good sign, expressionless was almost as bad as her grinning. She was rather sensitive about her appearance, as she KNEW D-corp had made a mistake when they'd created her. In seeking to make a snake with legs, they'd lost part of her DNA, and she'd come out oddly. Being called a thing only drove the fact home for her.
Still, she simply blinked slowly at Emi, slitted pupils calculating as she shifted away from Altessa, so either of them could easily move around Aiden. He hadn't even corrected his daughter's rude speech. Although, she didn't particularly care about adults.
"Tyvvvven."
She was not a thing, she was Tyven. And... Altessa had defended her. That made her feel... Good? Almost like when she was around Cleo.

The young child looked confused at the looks she was getting and simply bit her lip. Okay, not a thing. But it wasn't as though she knew what Tyven was. It was better than saying "It" wasn't it?
"S..sorry," Emi murmured, giving an awkward curtsey from behind her daddy, [size=10]"Tyven. I'm Emi."
She even attempted a small smile!
...Now she REALLY wanted her tutu.

(( Posting for myself and for Indu~ ))
Alt didn't bother to introduce herself. This little whit didn't deserve to be introduced to her. She apologized, but Altessa's tail lashed in reply, her eyes only narrowing.
"Loathe." She spoke softly, dangerously. The Bandersnatch girl didn't say it like she had before to Tyven, no... this was laced with a sneer of distaste.
Tyven wasn't too surprised by Altessa's animosity toward the swangirl, but she was a little startled to think it was on her behalf. Of course, the two little bullies had already established a bond, evidenced by the healing wounds on Tyven's arm, and Altessa's shoulder. Although she seemed cold, and removed out the outside, the purple-haired girl could feel hot rage boil up inside of her small body, as she often did before beserking.
Altessa collected feathers, didn't she? Perhaps Tyven would get her a present. Idly wondering what Aiden would do about it, Tyven's grin was wicked in response to Emi's smile, glinting fangs more than a little intimidating.

Well...This was something that the swan hadn't been expecting. One girl was narrowing her eyes and saying she loathed...whatever that meant...and Tyven was smirking in a way that was, well, not exactly pleasant.
Really, it unnerved her badly and she wasn't quite sure if she should ask her father to pick her up and carry her away or go in front of him and try to make ammends for whatever she did wrong.
Hadn't she apologized already?
But Emi wasn't the type of girl to confront problems head on. She was too shy and any kind of confrontation with strangers tended to leave her wanting to go hide in a hole.
"W..what did I do?" she asked, taking a single step forward. She wasn't necessarily in front of her father, but she wasn't behind him anymore either.
Aiden was beginning to feel rather uncomfortable as well and resisted the urge to pull Emi back, "Emi..." he murmured quietly, "Perhaps we should just go into the store and get your shoes..."
She shook her head. Maybe there was still a way to resolve this? She clung to the hope. Didn't things like this usually work out? They did on the television...

Snarling, the Bandersnatch girl stepped forward as well, her face springing into Emi's with ********>." She hissed, a cruel smirk crossing her face. "Daddy's little girl, gets anything she wants, is protected whenever she wants... isn't fair." Alt's eyes glanced to Tyven, then to the man; she'd take care of this swan once the man was down and out for a count. Or two. Depending on which Tyven preferred.

Tyven, highly aware of her surroundings for a girl her age, didn't even shift her eyes toward Altessa at the older girl's glance, instead just casually shifting her jaw and... Unhinging it slightly. Creepy thing. One second, the purple haired critter was yawning... And the next, she was rushing at Aiden, attempting to bite him in his upper thigh. With the element of surprise on her side, and the speed of a young beserker, she'd probably get those fangs in as well. It was a damn good thing the bite-happy child wasn't poisonous, and a happy thing that her fangs weren't too long, although rather sharp.

Unfortunately, Emi had no idea what Altessa was talking about - and didn't understand the danger of the situation. She stood there blinking as she tried to figure out why the girl was saying such horrible things. What did she do WRONG?
"Lots of things aren't fair but I...." she was interrupted by Tyven attacking her father.
Aiden yelped as Tyven rushed at him and attempted to move out of the way - all too late, he was afraid, for the sting of teeth, sharp teeth, penetrating his flesh was felt. The shock of it caused the med student to fall backwards, flat on his a**, and bring Tyven with him.
Emi shrieked and, seeing her father fall, ran for help. Or tried to. Her little legs carried her as fast as she could and she started screaming for mall security, "HELP HELP ATTACK HELP!"
That was the right thing to do, right? Right?! Of course, Emi wasn't very fast and Altessa would be able to get her fairly easy. But at least she was trying to get away!

Reaching out to grab the poor swan girl, Altessa smirked very thinly as she grabbed one of her wings and turned, fingers curling around a rather large clump of feathers.
"Your feathers are quite pretty. It would be a shame to lose some, wouldn't it." Riiiip.

Tyven was busy squabbling on the ground with a much larger man. Still, she had several things giving her a slight advantage. 1. She was quite willing and eager to do Aiden harm. 2. She was only a toddler... What kind of man hit a toddler? 3. The element of surprise. 4. Ferocity. Sharp black claws raked at his arms, and she hissed, attempting to draw blood.
