I've always thought that magic was just something they gave people more power and security. Oh, sure I believe in magic. It works, it's real, but I belive that it is entertaining spirits. Tarot, astrology, they can be right on, but it's entertaining spirits. I get truth from a spirit inside my(the holy spirit, not my own). Respond. I'm curious if you belive and what you think magic is.

I believe in magic, but it can take many forms. It can be simple energy manuplation, being able to work crazy things on a computer, or whatever you can think of. Magic can even be just living.

My answer to the poll would be yes and no. Or rather, I want to believe, but am simply not convinced to entirety. Magic is only one possible explanation for phenomena and there are many others with much more substantiation to them. There is some sort of energy to be sure, but whether this is magic or the power of the divine or something entirely different can't really be determined with precision. People define magic in different ways, so depending on how you define it... will change my answer to this question. whee

will o' the wisps are glowing orbs that commonly appear over swamps and fens. the government explained them as "swamp gas refracting off venus," which definitly smells like a pile of bullshit. and ghost sure as hell aint hallucinations. ive seen a window broken by a poltergeist. sixth sense....yeah, sometimes. but that doesnt explain my brother getting a sick feeling in his gut at the same time our step grandma found out her nephew had been stealing from her. thats in Puerto Rico. cant explain that.

I believe in magic, though probably at it's purest and most simple form, or way of interpreting it. I believe that magic is a sort of force, a type of energy, that flows through all living/natural things. By natural I mean not created by man. I think that that energy can be changed and guided and shfited, or stuff to that sort. And also, that it can be used to help gain spiritual awareness and such. I don't really have a definition of it exactly, and it's sort of hard for me to explain, but sort of non physical energies. I think that some people are more in touch with it than others, but that we all have potential and ability to recognize it, though we often don't see it as "magic." That's sort of what I think anyways.

Why can't will o' the wisps be gas? When gasses react with other gasses, they sometimes emit light. As for the poltergeist; did you see something break a window, or did the window simply just break, and you assumed it was a poltergeist? About your brother: It could be mere coincidence.

Yes I believe in magic. I think it comes in different forms but is ultimately just energy or depending on how you're using the word, energy manipulation.

Most people consider love to be an emotion. Would you then say that other emotions are magic? For example would wrath also be magic? Why/Why not?

Will o' the wisps has been proven to be ignited methane gas, which comes from swamps and burns under the swamp water. As for me I believe in magic yes, I belive it is the will of the gods and it is energy manipulation also. I think that the Gods help to make the manipulation possible and thats why people who do magic are allways tired if thy over use it.
