Believe it or not...I managed to break the triangle....I was holding it while spinning it and it broke off the string (that's like 1000 yrs. old) and had to use my stainless steal necklace to hold it. Is that insane or what?

HA! We only have one triangle that works... guess why? We broke the others. Lol.

I'm always stuck with the triangle part in band..
This is my new goal; to break the triangle. HAH. Who's going to have to play the part THEN?! biggrin

Wait.. could you explain just HOW you can break a triangle? I get knocking it off the string and stuff, but what about the people who actually.. broke the metal? oO;;

1. chucking it against a wall 2. spinning it around till it hits someones face 3. a jack hammer 4. a regular hammer and some mountain dew 5. blow torch 6. a flute 7. a flutist 8. a sexy snare player (drop it from drooling to much) 9. cheese cake?

ahhaha that reminds me of the time.. our school's orchestra was playing at disney hall last year, and the cymbal player inverted the cymbals in the middle of a piece! he had to go backstage and grab extra cymbals xp

laughingpiggy ahhaha that reminds me of the time.. our school's orchestra was playing at disney hall last year, and the cymbal player inverted the cymbals in the middle of a piece! he had to go backstage and grab extra cymbals xp Ahh i hate when that happens.

my school has a terribal old triagle and my director threw it out the band room window one day, then he sent one of the freshman drummers outside to find it.
