Rhapsody was kind of my introduction to this company sweatdrop I know it's not as long or as difficult to beat as Disgaea or La Pucille or Phantom Brave... But I'm still kind of fond of it. 3nodding For a game with such light and fluffy trappings, there's quite a lot of tragedy to be found in the game (I don't know if I should say spoilers or not, but there's even a point where you can choose to do something that I would have thought most games would have just automatically taken you past it for the better solution).
Well, and back then I had to like it because it was one of the only games I could beat xd

But somehow I liked that part of it too. I mean, come on, who doesn't love a game where your most powerful spell drops giant FLAN on the enemy? xd

"I know that youre out there and Im waiting for you!" I am staring at my Rhapsody soundtrack as I write this. I loved Rhapsody, it doesnt help that I am a Sailor Moon and other maho shoujo fan as well. Even though it was easy it was really cute and had many characters as well as unique attacks. I wish the sequels made it to the US they continue with the cuteness. Its all in the same universe as the future games too.

I wish they would have brought the sequels over here too. I keep vaguely hoping that now that Disgea and the like have been popular, they might do some sort of release over here... but probably wishful thinking. 3nodding I'm pretty thrilled at the connections between Rhapsody and Disgaea/La Pucille (I haven't come up with many references to tie in with Rhapsody in Phantom Brave, unless you count a bonus character). Probably the best reference to Rhapsody/that series of games? I've heard there's strong evidence that one of your party members in La Pucille is a decendant of Ferdinand and Cornet! blaugh

I'll keep that in mind...though I got another rare game the other day off eBay - Street Fighter Collection 2 (which has the original 3 versions of Street Fighter 2, not to be confused with Street Fighter Anniversary collection which is out now and there's plenty of it) but it got lost in the mail gonk (but ended up getting a refund! whee ) I also tend to buy rare games when I have the chance to add to my collection. It's one of my hobbies whee

Achan Marjorly's song holds a special place in my heart. *snicker* Marjoly herself holds a special place in my heart, along with her henchwomen heart Heck, I'd like to get her as a bonus character, but I have a snowball's chance of that sweatdrop
