It was the National Television Awards last night (for those who don't know, they're awards voted for by the public) and I'm delighted to say Doctor Who won in all three categories it was nominated for, taking home Most Popular Drama, Most Popular Actress for Billie Piper and Most Popular Actor for David Tennant. This is the second year in a row it has won these three awards! Well done to everyone involved. biggrin

That's great but I think their award in the Guinness World Records for being the longest running sci fi show beats that. They should have the award that Stargate has b/c Stargate only had 200 so odd episodes in 10 years compared to Dr. Who's rein from 1963-1984 with over 600 episodes. here is the article on the Dr. Who page
