This takes up about 30 to 40 percent of Pendant, with many alleyways (including Dismay's) and orphans. There have been many cases of murder, rape, and overall death concentrated on this area. It lies in the very northern part of Pendant, as if excluded from the rest of the city.

"Yeah, yeah. Give her the map, she has to go there in two days, about 10 AM, because by then you'll actually have yer sorry a** in gear and get her one of them interviews."

Emyrus grinned, patting Batman on the shoulder. Or hitting him, but either way, it was a brotherly gesture. He'd spent about an hour, maybe two, avoiding the decision on what to do next.

"You forget and I'll wring your neck."
