I realize some of you could care less who Kate ends up with and are fans of the Charlie and Claire ship or some other ship, then this poll is not for you.

Desdemona Winchcombe ... Sawyer x Jin. STFU. It'd be hot. DDD: And they're so fun together, even though it totally wouldn't happen cause they're both straight. XD I like Michael/Jin/Sawyer, myself. wink And just Jin/Mike because love is orange. And my favorite pairing is Shannon/Boone. I couldn't care less about Kate. xd

Kate? Honestly, I don't much like her; she does irritate me quite a lot. However, if anyone, it would be her and Sawyer. Not that they would (or should) have a nice, stable, boyfriend/girlfriend relationship, just because their snarkiness is so much fun, and they're both so horrible to each other. But other ships... other ships abound in my mind:
Charlie/Claire
Desmond/Charlie
Desmond/Jack
Juliet/Ben
Jack/Ben
Sawyer/Sayid
Desmond/Claire (to some degree)
It must be said, though, that I generally dislike Jack as well. Damn hero-complex doctor.

I think the best pairing for Kate is Kate. Because she just uses people and she can't make up her frickin mind. She doesn't deserve them.
